I have stayed in this hotel a year ago and their service and food quality was excellent then however now the quality has degraded. Ordered many dishes (room service) and not even a single one was tasty or fresh. Everything was either salty or not fresh, bald, no flavors, few seemed to be frozen or re-heated. Food prices are exhorbitant , not worth the price. Had raised complaint with front desk guys to pass on the feedback to chefs but not sure if they will take it serious. Room quality was also average. Very disappointed with the stay. Not sure if management/chefs changed but something is wrong.
