Hotel Swagath Grand Nagole

I booked two rooms on 12th December for our stay from 26-27th Jan 2023 thru agoda and guaranteed the payment with my credit card. I called the hotel supervisor Vikram two days before arrival and requested for both rooms in the same floor.and acing called the hotel staff on 26th morning before we start from Delhi. when we reach the hotel on 26th afternoon they said rooms are not available and advised us to look at other hotels. after long wait and persuasion, requests they allot one room by 6 pm and second room by 8.30 pm. The hotel ***ager have no basis ***ners and have no solution for a confirmed booking. Rooms are sub standard with a bad smell and toilets are dirty. Commode plate is hanging and is completely disconnected with the toilet. after ***y calls no one turned up. wash basin have dirty marks and the soap and shampoo placed is very cheap. You have to wait lot of time for the lifts and stair case is dirty with food and cloths everywhere. The alignment of the staircase is dangerous and in some places ( level 2) the stair is broken and is not safe to walk. In case of fire there is no escape. there is no parking place available and we have to park the vehicles on road side. Overall this hotel is very bad to stay.

I stayed for 4 days after booking online Booking. com. The rules and prices are better, if you book directly. Check out timings are different too. Beware of this. Hotel is reputed and in good location. Reception and room service is poor. Not recommended. Photos are misleading. This is true with lots of hotels in Hyderbad.

Came to attend a function in one of the banquet halls and got a parking ticket by the police while dropping the guests. They do have valet parking but worst maintenance of that... Way to valet was blocked by the bikes parked and a police constable was clicking pics of cars dropping the

Staff at reception is too rude. Rooms are not clean, by mistake oil drops on bed sheet just a small patch but they don't want to get it laundered they need Money in exchange of there old Bed Sheet. Paying 550 for the Bed sheet.
