Ladies who are travelling alone kindly do not book this hotel..My friend and I had a very bad experience in this hotel which was definitely a nigh**are for us.We felt like there is no safety for women wherever we goo.We booked this hotel for a week from 10th April to 14th april before a month itself as we were travelling from Chennai for work. We asked for a early check-in and they agreed to give if we pay them 500 RS.We reached the hotel on 10th April @ 9 A.M and they gave the room key at 9.45 A.M in 5th floor(which was the last floor) inspite of telling that we had to go to office. English and Tamil were the only two Languages we knew so it very difficult for us to communicate to the receptionist who knows only Hindi or may be Telugu.On 12th night @ 1 AM, someone tried to open the door and we got scared 😳.We couldn't see who was trying to do as there were no lens attached to the door. Again at 2.30 AM someone kept on ringing the bell and we didn't inform the receptionist as it was a language problem and also we couldn't believe him as well.We felt helpless at that moment and we didn't sleep the whole night.The very next day we planned to check out and came out of the room.There were bottles lying on the floor. We came down and informed the receptionist he was like you could have informed us in the night itself( actually it felt like they didn't believe us) and they started checking the CCTV camera which was just loading.Mr. ***ndas who was at the reception didn't even ask sorry or he went upstairs and checked. That moment we realised that it's really not advisable for women to stay in these kind of hotels where people are not trained professionals (someone who did a course in hotel ***agement), so that they know how to communicate and treat the customers.Thank God we checked out at 10 AM on 13th April. Oh yeah forgot to mention we paid the full amount to the Fab hotel inspite of all the issues and the so called ***agement called us at 7.30 PM telling that they checked the CCTV and it was a regular customer who has booked 5 rooms mistakenly knocked the door as they were drunk and they also shared an apology letter which was return in pencil by the customer himself. Attaching the letter Life lessons learnt. Ladies please protect yourselves as nobody will be there to help you at the right moment.

We have booked two rooms and we came for sight seeing. They have not provided any towels in the room and no glasses for drinking water. 3 days they have not cleaned the room or waste bin. If you are coming for sight seeing don't book this hotel as it is far away from main sightseeing points and you have to pay Rs. 500-1000 every time for transportation. If you want early morning trip you will not get any tea as the restaurant opens at 7 AM. Not a single shop is available in 2 KM radius. Totally very horrible.

I am very happy with the services provide by Ms. Mithu and Mr. Akash. Both were very warm welcoming and friendly. I wish them very best. Keep up doing good work. I would like to recommend Ms. Mithu for for her excellent hospitality.

I have booked 2 rooms for my family for 12th Feb at Fab hotel Pearl City Hyderabad. My booking ID: SGJYFB I hav booked room on wife's name who was traveling for 24 hrs from international trip. After reaching hotel they denied the booking mentioning they did not get the booking from fab hotel. After contacting fab customer care they mentioned it's due to server issue rooms were over booked. This is very very pathetic service from the Fab hotels. PEARL CITY owner provided accommodation in the very very old service apar**ent which was very dirty and not safe at all for the family members. Never ever book Fab hotels, they are not reliable.
