We went from Kerala as part of our Hyderabad trip and had to stay in this bad hotel. It was a horrible experience. The bathrooms were so dirty. The staff were good, the rest was terrible😞 I would never recommend any family to stay here and can't imagine how this hotel is rated as three star

When I arrived at hotel, the hotel say we don’t have a booking. They do not have a contract with hotel and the booking we done was fake.
After 40mins of arguments they finally gave a room as walk in guests
The rooms has no air exchanges, furniture smells terrible, bathrooms were stinky, restaurant and food was pathetic, the staff was like in jail, the hotel inside is like central prison
If someone want to have prison experience, he can go and try this hotel.
Because of hygiene conditions I fall sick
