Resort stay charges are overpriced and the rooms don’t live upto mark of the price, rooms are ok, but wifi connection is poor, tv is in locked mode and can’t access any apps or internet on tv. Food is overpriced too and the taste is below average. There is so much hype about jewel of nizam and you have to reserve a table prior, but its not worth the hype. Neither the interior of hotel nor the taste live up to the money they are charging. Hotel Vitra serves only buffet which is overpriced too and only few dishes are fine. Stay was costed for 2 people, buffet at vitra ₹3000/ head and at jewel nizam we spent ₹4000 for a starter, biryani and two desserts. Food at Jewel of Nizam is poor taste and vitra is okayish.

Woke up to see a frog in the washroom, light was on the whole night, no off switch, hope the check the rooms status before assigning to a costomer.

Overall a good place to stay and nice ambiance. We have good options for food and spend time. Can be preferred for a short stay and relax. Team an improve in providing some snacks option and some engaging events.

Pathetic service. The room didn’t have proper lock system. Also the room was in a bad shape and the staff is super rude and not cooperative at all.

The resort is very good, special thanks to mr tapan who gave us a nice room in time and made the checkin and checkout process a blissful experience
