The apar**ent concept is very new.Good environment. Food is good.house keeping is also good. Behaviour of the staff very good.the hotel is very neat and clean.food is served hot and in a very hygenic way. Best is the sambhar and chutney served with idli and others.

The hotel staff is really good. Always supportive & helpful. The best part is they maintain proper hygiene. They always keeps surroundings clean. Best lunch and breakfast experience. It's a really good place to stay. Positive vibes. Full security. Everybody is so cooperative. I definitely wanted to visit again if I get the chance.

A wonderful experience. Food and Hygiene is something you always look for when searching for a hotel and this place brings out the best of what you can get on the table. If you are in Hyderabad and want something homely as well as comfortable this is the place.

No service level issues, but before I checked out my room, when I was at my office they were chasing me loan payment collection for food bill clearance. Repeated calls, WhatsApp message sending payment QR codes on WhatsApp. It's happening till the night i comming back to my room. I never had such a silly bad experience at any City. Next time i will not recommend to my organization. I will share my feedback to my office transport and accommodation team.

Room is neat but looked like an old building - no visitors allowed for few mins also felt bad as ppl has to wait at the reception till I'm back. Food is good got complementary breakfast lifts are worst nothing much just a shared room in 3bhk. That's all

We had booked rooms for our team with single lady guests, requested to take extra care for single lady guests !! its was not done !! Generally, hoteliers to provide different rooms when asked for single lady guests - here it was not done & moreover they allowed a *** where another lady is staying !!! which is way ridiculous When asked for HELP none of the team answered the calls!!! i know its odd to call during the wee hrs but its a drastic need of help !! GOD forbid what happens if anything goes wrong - will these HOTELiers give the guarantee ? Pls avoid this HOTEL - AT HOME / DECCAN SERAI !!! and seriously NOT FOR SINGLE LADY GUESTS !!

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.Our room was very large with a sink in the room. It was very clean and met our needs. We even had a television in our room!

Good place to stay. Food is good. Neatly maintained. Location is good for IT hubs. Staff is good and helpful. It seems like it is good for family as well. I stayed for 3 days. Overall, you can stay.

A Very good luxury hotel with all the facilities, to be precise it's like an fully furnished appar**ent hotel with everything. Really loved the place and offcourse the food too. Definitely recommended from my side.
