Booked this hote. Rani spoke to me and booking procedure was fair. Now next strot. Service is bad. No hot waterin washroom. When asked for morning wake up call simply they say. Set alram as they can't guarantee. There were mosquito in my room on day 2. When I asked for repllwnt. Had kept the door open for guu to comee in. Rudely he says door close karo. Machar atehai. Very bad. Repellent also was not working at all. Don't book. Breakfast and dinner is super

Yesterday I ordered Chicken Biriyani and Mutton Curry food from Sitara Grand Kukatpally. While Ordering I told to use less spicy and less oil. While eating the food was not at all tasty and Full of Spice. The ***ager Who took the order( Mr.Ravi) did not take care of our request properly. All the guests were not happy about the food. So I will not prefer to order the food next time.
