No fans in rooms, only ac one can not tolerate. Bathroom floors are not good, water remains at floor while bathing. Fridge was disaster, my all food got ruined. Room has a bad kind of oder. Only reception looks good

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional

Maintained hygiene, staff are good, keep it up. Recommending to keep maintain the common area ac to build more customer experience.

Has a good facade. Offers a good feel once you enter the lobby. Room is appropriately done with decent cleanliness. Breakfast spread is good.

From an exterior perspective, the hotel appears magnificent, but its amenities fall short of expectations. Although the staff is excellent, there may be an issue with the hotel's infrastructure. The jet spray was leaky, there was a continuous noise coming from the cistern, and the restrooms were clogged. Despite the complaints, there is no resolution to the problem. In addition, when you want to fall asleep after a long day, there is a power outage and it takes five to ten minutes for the backup power to come on, which means that your summertime sleep will be ruined. My room was never cleaned by housekeeping during my entire stay, and the hotel's pillowcases and blankets are really shabby and full of odd bits and pieces.

Cozy stay it was. Rooms were spacious. Neatly maintained, food was tasty too. In room service was good.

The rooms are spacious and the food is also really good. However the room service is average with delays in requests/food order. The guest facilities specifically gym needs a lot of improvement and are not at all in good condition.
