Stayed at Greenpark in Begumpet for 2 nights. The most disappointing part of this stay was the food- we were served spoiled curd rice which was shocking and could easily have led to food poisoning. We reported this to the staff and despite our concerns the head chef insisted that the product was good. The medhu vada served in the continental breakfast was also poorly made. Not what you would expect in Hyderabad at a “ 4 star hotel”. Would not recommend.

I have been staying for last 5 days and staff has been courteous(Kushi) food was deliciously served and great ambience for breakfast. Perfect hotel for family stay. I enjoyed the breakfast which had perfect spread of healthy food. Chandrasekar

An excellent stay, The staff courtesy was excellent and have an excellent welcome in the reception by Ms. Mofida. Overall a great satisfaction. Nice food and restaurant ambiance. Beautifully arranged rooms. Neat and tidy washrooms. Nicely arranged lobby.

We had a get together party for 60 members. The food was really good and the staff services are too polite and the arrangements done by the banquet hall team during odd hours as we went for midnight biryani buffet. Their services are good. Special thanks to Varshini, Rhimpika and Nagaraj.

While we have always appreciated the quality of your products, unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed with the Haleem this time. It seemed to be undercooked, and the raw taste of flour was quite pronounced, which was not in line with our expectations based on previous experiences. We value our relationship with your company and believe in open communication to ensure the quality standards are maintained. We understand that occasional inconsistencies can occur, but we wanted to bring this to your attention so that we can work together to ensure such issues are addressed promptly. The food and the arrangements were very good at the birthday party and all the guests enjoyed the food very well.....Also very good service by Prakash and team.It is highly recommended to visit them and organize parties.everyone liked their serivec well
