The hotel Staff is really nice and hospitality is fabulous.From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were royalty! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The room itself was luxurious and comfortable, with all of the amenities you could want from a five-star hotel.

Great staff & food experience ***** with family time well spent for great price and ambience, clean & good hospitality, Do visit green park in Hyderabad, more Italians & Chinese options suggested but otherwise the final outcome for visit has been great.

Sithamma. Is a very friendly and efficient housekeeping staff. She gets everything done on time and helps a lot with the timely pick up and delivery of laundry, changing towel and sheets and all the other necessities. Over all I am very happy with her service

I stayed at the Green Park Hotel in Ameerpet, and it was a delightful experience, largely due to Sithamma, the housekeeping lady. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the hotel's welcoming atmosphere and the comfort of my room. However, it was Sithamma's exceptional care and kindness that truly made my stay memorable. Sithamma was very nice and took care of me as her own. She went above and beyond in her duties, ensuring that my room was immaculate and well-stocked with all the essentials. Each day, she greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly conversation, making me feel at home. Her attention to detail and genuine concern for my comfort were evident in the meticulous way she maintained my room. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Sithamma's personal touch made a significant impact. She took the time to ask about my day, offered local tips, and even shared some delicious homemade snacks. Her kindness extended beyond mere hospitality; she treated me like a member of her own family. This level of care and attentiveness transformed my stay from a simple hotel visit to a truly heartwarming experience. I loved the hotel experience, this is one of the best stays I have had. The food is great, the hospitality is top notch. The staff here is really polite and helpful. Room service is great, specially Sitamma is so kind and helpful and always takes care of all the needs. She even makes the most beautiful towel designs. I would recommend staying here whenever someone comes to hyderabad.

Overall experience is good. Sithamma is an amazing house help staff. She goes an extra mile to make your stay feels like home. I spent 15-16 days here and she always made sure my room was clean and always decorated. She cares like a family. Only love and light

A very pleasant experience staying at the Green park hotel, Begumpet, Hyderabad. Before even entering the lobby, the very well tended for plants, with foliage and some bursting with blooms, caught my attention. The ambience both outdoor and indoor, would definitely please a sore eye after a tiring journey,and otherwise,too.The staff is very polite and helpful, they take the matter of cleanliness very seriously.Rooms are neat and tidy, maintained on daily basis at squeaky clean level .The food is delicious as promised,with a huge spread for breakfast, room service is also quite good. Unlike many other hotels, things seen online will match with the reality. Above all, superb location.
