Positive: Very nice hotel! Friendly personal!
Very good kitchen. Outstanding hospitality!
Negative: hotel needs some work to be done to refresh rooms, but for offered price, no need to complain.

While the hotel location is excellent, the rooms and amenities are out dated and the property needs refurbishing. Staff are friendly. Valet service is quick.
The executive chef is very professional and gave us when asked. The hotel general manager is over smart and I am surprised how he got job there.

Wifi very bad. Unable to have continue internet connection. Internet access interuption every 10 seconds and each interuption took 10 second to reconnect again. Very bad exprience. Other is ok

Had a great stay at Vivanta Hotel. The staffs are courteous, helpful and hospitable. The rooms are clean and neat, able to sleep comfortably. The buffet breakfast was good, a lot of choices of indian and western food.

This hotel have provided best services in hospitality, customer satisfaction and accountability for ensuring the comfort of all guest. I personally would like to thank the manager, Staffs and Mr Azam frm the f&b for making sure I’ve receive the best treatment possible. I stayed a total of 6 nights and they nvr fail to impress me with their excellent care and services by the reception, housekeeping, F&B, In Room Dining and Main Door ushers and all request were met swiftly. I must say they have been trained well and every one of them are truly remarkable indeed. Well deserved recommendation and I will be back only to Vivanta next time. Thank you.

Nice hotel with good standards. Linen is fresh and room is big enough. Food is quite good as always with Taj quality . I recommend staying here
