Need to better maintain plant. Dusty atmosphere.
Small and poorly designed standard rooms.
Great location and relaxing fountains.
Pool is large but cold water. They made us wear shower caps and take shower with super chilled water before entering the pool. Only 4 pool beds in entire resort.

Personal experience for sleep is very poor. Ac was not controlled at room, standard answer was it’s centralized but every guest has there own preferences

Our stay was wonderful. It was even better than expected. Great restaurants within walking distance, beautiful clean rooms and bathroom had everything one would need. Would definitely stay there again.

I was disappointed with my recent visit to Hyatt Gachibowli. We travelled from US to Hyderabad and stayed in this Hotel for 2 days. Hotel service was good but they are lacking in cleanliness. I saw cockroach near food area during Breakfast and reported this to Hotel staff. We don't expect such thing in five star Hotel. Hotel cleanlines is important factor for us when we book any Hotel and we are disappointment after this incident.

Appreciate Ms Rupal at the Front Desk for being very warm & helpful. Also a special mention for Ms Jeso at the Collage restaurant for service with a smile 😊 Breakfast spread was good with a lot of healthy options to choose from... Overall a comfortable stay

Very comfortable, the staff very nice, houskeeping services are good my room very clean every day... the food at buffet very good The h.k supervisor very nice i talked to him and so nice behaviored and roo. Cleaning Yemsi and Rashid are doing well

The hotel rooms (Executive Room) has a legacy design in terms of furniture and layout. Room size is very small that fits just a bed and small table and chair for dining. Room services, bathrooms are quiet good. The menu has low options for vegetarians and non-drinkers. Even at pool side, one rarely finds any vegetarian or non-alcoholic beverage options. The walk-around is quiet good with scenic landscapes designed.
