Respected Management Team, I hope this message finds you well and apologies for the long email. I am writing to express my profound appreciation for the exceptional service provided by your dedicated staff during my 14-day stay at Avasa. As a hotelier myself, having spent significant time in the industry, I deeply understand theimportance and meaning of true hospitality, which I was fortunate enough toexperience at your establishment. From the moment I arrived, the dedication and commitment of your entire teamwere evident. The security staff ensured my safety with utmost professionalism, and the front desk staff were consistently welcoming and efficient. The F&Bteam delighted us with their impeccable service and delicious offerings, while the housekeeping staff maintained a spotless environment, contributing greatlyto our comfort and well-being. To quote a few examples of great hospitality: 1) Front Desk: Upon my arrival at 11 am, I was greeted by Pasha at the front desk. I mentioned that I hadn't slept all night and asked if it would bepossible to expedite the check-in process. Having worked in this industry, Iexpected it to take at least 20 minutes, especially since I was checking inwell before the usual time. To my astonishment, within just 7 minutes, Pashahanded me the room key. I was utterly amazed—this was the fastest check-in Ihave ever experienced, even considering my early arrival. 2) F&B staff: Chef Gopal: he is supremely talented and is a master of South Indian dishes. He can cook hundreds of dishes with just rice as a base. Lovely taste, Thank-you-so-much for your warmth and care.· Venktesh, Sai Krishna, Ratan, Goutam & Sanjay: They are too sharp with their memories. There were only a handful of items I could eat and they knew my condition and served with the best of available options without me having to bother myself.· Sumukh: Undoubtedly a management material. He handles everything from adult guests to the youngest with remarkable ease. His talent and dedication are truly exceptional. · Of course, there are many more who were great in their jobs, but my memory is not supporting me right now to recall their names. 3) Housekeeping staff & room dining:· Rajni and Priyanka: Masters at their job. They could clean my room to perfection in no time, a skill I greatly admire and lack myself. Despite the physical demands, they exhibited immense strength and left my room looking as if I had just moved in.· In room Dining: I never had to follow up on any request I made. They provided the best service, and in no time, I would hear a doorbell with everything I had asked for. 4) Security: Shiv Ji and Billu Ji never let us enter or exi ton our own, always holding the door open for us and all the guests. Despite our numerous requests to not trouble themselves, especially since we often went in and out, they continued to perform their duties diligently and with unwavering commitment. Every single empl
