The Purple Leaf Hotels

I recently stayed at this property for overnight stay. Its located at a convenient location in Secunderabad. The staff is courteous. The rooms are clean. The buffet breakfast was tasty. Overall a good option for stay at Secunderabad.

The rates of rooms here are a bit expensive but every penny spent is worth it. The only problem here is the centralized AC which might cool the room instantly; but once cooled, the room is very comfortable. The bathrooms are clean. The service is good too. All in all it is a comfortable place to stay for a couple of days in Secunderabad.

Stay a day at this hotel it was comfortable and neat and clean, staff are corporative and polite,i recommend this hotel to all, location wise very near to secunderabad railway station. We felt very secure staying at this Hotel.

This hotel is 2km away from the secunderabad railwaystation in the low budget, hotel maintenance was very good, its on the main road but there no noise distubance of the traffic, morning breakfast is also very good and the staff are very helpfull and cooprative.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Most pathetic experience. Dont go on the pictures pls though the rooms were decent, overall not so clean. Am not sure if they are really skilled to handle hospitality business, whoever is the owner needs to relook at what he is doing. No room service is available before 11am they told us. So if u have not booked breakfast with them you cannot even expect a glass of milk before 11am. Buffet Breakfast starts at 8am so if you are to leave the hotel for work before that they refuse to serve you anything in your room/not even tea. And there is tea coffee maker but nothing to make tea with(no tea powder/sugar) was kept in room. Early morning the flush had no water. At the time of leaving for the airport the whole entrance and exit was full of cars parked. Our taxi fellow could not come inside and it was raining havily and road was flooded. They refused to move the cars so that taxi could come in and were asking us walk to our taxi in deep water with our bags. In all this confusion our taxi fellow got frustrated and left, leaving us with no option to reach the airport. We had to spend 3k for a pvt taxi to reach in the nick of time for our flight. Generally i dont write reviews but this experience and hotel is trutly pathetic and unfriendly to customers. Am not sure how i landed here. Big mistake to get impressed with some good reviews and misleading hotel pictures put on sites.
