Location was just perfect., the staff could do with being friendly and smile. They all seemed very serious. The room was clean and spacious. The cafe which was part of the hotel had good choice of snack food. Lovely coffee. Very helpful. The mosquitoes were also very friendly. As soon as you walkout ofthe hotel,there were plenty of places to eat.

i stayed for 4 nights march 23 - march 26. i was shifted to 3 rooms. and yet did not clear the issue. first room - AC did not work and in this summer with child. we couldnt sleep peacefully. second room - it was smelling, so i stepped out in 5 mins. third room - hotel staffs were staying above the room, they kept making noise, repeatedly. i complained 7 times and yet they did not stop. i hardly slept for 3 hrs that night. next day, i just got a standard corporate reply from the ***ager 'sorry for the inconvenice caused' honestly, i have travelled a lot but never ever faced such issues.. i want to give 0 stars but thats not showing up, so forced to give 1 star.....

Huge rooms with all facilities. Location of the Hotel is good but seems to be hidden. It is in a small lane and again in a lane . Such a beautiful place should have a name displayed in such a way that it can be seen from a distance. Very good sumptuous breakfast
