Horrible expérience. When we arrived we had to ask them to clean again and change the sheets which were all stained. At first glance it seems very correct but in fact the room was horrible, dirty, old, full of insects. the dirty bathroom with the shower head leaking everywhere and I fell because the toilet seat was not fixed. for breakfast no better nothing to eat in any case no continental food we had to ask for some fruit. no orange juice. it's not good..we were supposed to sleep there for 2 nights but ultimately we preferred to leave and they refund us for one night of hotel accommodation.

Extremely bad experience from both Hotel property and Treebo group also. Treebo is useless they don't have any control and customer support is useless. Hotel property is in bad condition. Hotel don't want to take online booking. They prefer offline booking. Treebo don't have any control and customer support don't even listen guest issues.

I really love to stay with Treebo hotels and this is my all-time favourite property because the staff and the food of the property both are awesome and top notch. The service which they give us is excellent.

Commendable hospitality and wonderful hygiene of the property. I loved the way treebo treat their customers and let them experience such a wonderful stay at their properties. 10/10 to the service provided by the brand.

Very much near to airport, clean room, good staff behaviour & food is very good every thing fresh and tasty Only one problem in hotel mobi there is no lift , please do something for it otherwise hotel is good

Room and bed were clean, furniture was old. I would suggest this hotel is not at the level for international travelers. The staff did not speak English. The breakfast buffet does not start until 8:30 am so if you need to catch a plane you may miss it. The credit card machine does not accept international credit cards.

The rooms facing Hussain sagar smell very bad (these are the premium rooms). Complained to ***agement but nothing was done about it. Wifi was terrible and I had to work. Whenever I bring this up, the reception only says "we will look into this". It's not just a matter of resetting the wifi router, there is just not enough range.
We stayed for 6 days in premium room 2 days in standard room. In spite of this, they were not able to accommodate some simplest of requests.
The only positive thing about this place is that the restaurant is good. Expensive but tastes good (or we just got lucky there). Breakfast can feel repetitive.

The rooms were good, except bathrooms, for the price. This is the only hotel that charged for drinking water. All they provide is 2 l of drinking water per day , if you ask more they charge for you the same.

Wow..!!! Truly amazed with the cleanliness of the property... Been to this place with my family, and really loved our stay here.. rooms are so good and very spacious.. super comfortable bed ... And super friendly staff, very well behaved and absolutely loved with their standards..
