OYO Stade Court Hotel

Very friendly hotel, cant do enough for you. Nice room and comfy bed. The room was over two floors, which is unusual. Lifts to all floors. The hotel doesn't do breakfast at the moment, but that wasn't a problem, as The Lazy Shack is 5 mins walk along seafront. Ample parking on the road, we parked right outside. Will definitely come back.

Thank you Stade Court for a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The hotel is work in progress and with a few tweaks has the potential to be one of the go to places in Hythe. For the current price point you really can't complain, we had one of the best sea view rooms ever! Very clean, quiet and a decent bed. The ladies on reception were lovely and helpful and we really wish you well for the future 😊

Really pleased to have found this very pleasant and well run hotel. Having had an unsatisfactory experience with a local 4 star we thought of going in to have a look rather than online booking. On meeting a really helpful and pleasantly efficient young man, Greg we were delighted to book with him and ended up staying for 3 nights instead of the planned 1! Greg not only showed us several room options but went over and above in accommodating our needs and even delivered a shower matt and books to read. Comfy bed in generous quiet room, very clean and ample tea/coffee and a really nice touch to have a proper soap too. Greg was very much on hand during our stay and is really a huge cog in this well run hotel. Will definitely return and can highly recommend this humble quiet spot right on the beach. Thank you Greg and your team for a very enjoyable stay in spite of having to deal with an allergy flare up meaning a local hospital visit!

Absolutely disgusting! Dirty crockery & cutlery, stale sandwiches and gone off milk. This was given to me for a long service award, it turned out to be extremely disappointing and embarrassing as I’d asked a friend to join me.

The staff we very friendly, attentive and helpful. Excellent value for money. Brilliant atmosphere in the evening watching the football last night, a disappointing result, but not the hotel's fault.!!! Lovely dinner and delicious full English breakfast. Clean, Tidy and Covid cleanliness everywhere, Bed very comfortable. Great location, opposite Sea front and promenade. Will stay again thank you.

I had a 2 room booking for August made in July all paid up , I was notified 10 days after booking that they could no longer accommodate me there was no reason given We had already booked family trips to coincide with our stay. Enquiries to customer services went from hold to hold to disconnect. I cant trust this Hotel if they can cancel anytime. Its going to take up to 15 days for a refund. How is this fair it went from my bank the same day i booked.

We were kept awake by the constant humming of the boiler below our room. We thought it was the bathroom fan but when questioned they said the boiler affects 2 rooms. No offer to change rooms was made. Do not have room 106 unless you like a bit of noise.

We love it here. The views are excellent. Only a 3 star but we have no problems. Evening meals are great, breakfast is to be avoided. It could do with a maintenance man on the outside: could do with painting in places and needs some gardening. As it is, it is fine but could be outstanding with not much effort. We will be going back.

Booked a one night stay in this hotel months ago, only to find out recently my booking had been cancelled. Enquiring as to the reason I was given no information why, or any or an apology for any inconvenience. Poor show for their customer service, makes you wonder how their in-house service is.
