Zeer goed hôtel, prijs kwaliteit. Zeer uitgebreid en goed ontbijt buffet. Nette en mooie kamers met een mooi uitzicht. Enkele minpuntjes. Ik had vermeld bij de boeking dat er mindermobile persoon bij was met een scooter, een maand voor de aankomst gebeld en kamers toegewezen op het gelijkvloers, maar afspraken niet nagekomen. Ook het terras waar men reclame over maakt langs de Ems, is van 20.30u. niet meer bereikbaar via de lift omdat de eetzaal die toegang gaf werd afgesloten. Op de ganse week werden de parasols niet open gezet, en de stoelen werden om 20u30 aan de ketting gelegd.

Great hotel, not tea or coffee in rooms which is a pity but we were supplied with a kettle and cups on request (wasser kucke und zwie tasser bitte) rooms will be needing a spruce soon but clean and very helpful staff car park close €15 there’s a supermarket around the corner (Combi) if you want a cheap breakfast or eat in

The hotel has an excellent location and modern decoration. The entire hotel gives a clean impression. The rooms are equipped with necessities and are usually very spacious. In my opinion, the service is very good, the only downside may be that unfortunately our room cannot be checked in early, even though I have called me a few days in advance. Unfortunately, because the hotel is fully booked, it cannot be upgraded. In the end, I voluntarily gave up the kitchen (apartment/studio) and downgraded, and got a room in the ”comfortable room” category, which was also very spacious and quiet. However, the staff were very friendly and finally provided us with a good solution. That was certainly not the last time in this hotel.

The facilities are comfortable and clean and convenient to travel. If you don't install Google system, online check-in operations will be very troublesome.

The hotel is located in the beautiful center of Rheine. Our room (classic) was clean and clean. Bicycle stationing and a limited number of free watched car parking spaces. However, mostly the place. Unique hotel, which is at the same time cozy and stylish. The area is beautiful and you can walk/run/bicycle f. ex. by a lake. You also might see some animals (horses, sheeps) near by. The room was renovated and we liked especially the lightning. The bed lines were wonderfully spongy. There is some nice restaurants at walking distance, and we wanted to walk around so we did not buy a dinner at the hotel. The breakfast was included and it was delicious and nice.
