I had torn towels, the sheets were torn, the food still needs to be worked on, there were no cakes, there were only some creams.amenities was just soap

It is well located, the facilities are great, the bus that comes from the airport passes in front of the hotel, super close to the stop. The bad thing is to hear all the noise from the other rooms and from the chopsticks and stairs. ! The normal hotel food, the attention of the very friendly waiters, a pleasure to coincide with Lorena, excellent and charming, one of the most beautiful I have met in Ibiza, I hope more special people like her! Thanks to her, the stay was great, the hotel like any other, nothing special!

La comida bufet fatal , todo procesado, grasas , fruta dura, mal trato por parte del personal, limpieza regular, salones sin calefacción, tenias q bajar por la tarde noche con chaqueta , en general desagradable no volveré, fui por el inserso y ningún tipo de consideración a personas mayores

Acabamos de regresar de un viaje del Imserso y hemos estado alojados en este hotel y la verdad es que la experiencia ha sido inmejorable sobre todo en el plano personal. Desde el primer día nos resolvieron los inconvenientes del mobiliario de la habitación que ya va necesitando una buena reforma ,pero que eso fue lo de menos. Queremos destacar que nos encontramos con unos profesionales en el servicio del comedor de un hotel de 5 estrellas . La camarera Lorena nos trató con un cariño muy especial que ya no se suele encontrar por ahí. Y ya no digamos nada de la Maitre del hotel " MÓNICA ". Trabajaba como la que más saliéndose todo el tiempo de sus obligaciones ayudando al resto del servivio del comedor. Recomiendo que a estos trabajadores que son tan buenos y nos hacen todo tan fácil se les recompense a nivel profesional porque cada día van quedando menos . También quiero mencionar a los animadores que son estupendos y rebozan alegría por todos lados . Para ellos Lara y Älvaro nuestra enhorabuena. Si volvemos a tener la oportunidad de volver a Ibiza desde luego repetiremos en este hotel.

en general buen hotel habitaciones amplias y cómodas a las cuales les empieza a faltar un repaso ,tanto el personal de recepción como el del comedor muy bueno , la comida sin que hubiera mucha variedad es mas que correcta . solo una pega el primer día solicite que revisaran un escape de agua del wáter , entendiendo que durante una semana serian muchos los litros de agua que se perderían , en recepción me comentaron que pasaron nota y lo arreglarían en breve , nos fuimos y siguió perdiendo agua. En resumen es un buen hotel para pasar unos días

Good location, good facilities and friendly staff. The only negative is the food, if your all inclusive youll get bored pretty quick. Not many healthy options abd not much choice overall.

The property is very close to the beach and also busy stop to everywhere. The adult swim pool was very clean and quiet which I loved it. In general the hotel is really good for the price
