Demircioglu Apart

Apart güzel ihtiyacı karşılıyor, 4 arkadaş geldik, 2 tek kişilik yatak, 2 adette çekyat vardı. Kucuk 1+1 daire misali. kaldığımız daire de büyük ev tipi buzdolabı ve çamaşır makinesi vardı ki bu çok güzel bir ayrıntı, bugüne kadar bir çok apartta kaldım hep mini buzdolabı vardı, çamaşır makinesi hic yoktu bile. Ekmek kızar**a makinesi bile vardı dairede. Birincil derece de Mutfak gereçleri de mevcut. Ocak ve kettle da vardı. Etraf market dolu alışverişini yap konaklamaya başla kendin pişir kendin ye. Daire klimalı. İcmeler plajına çok yakın, konumu çok güzel cadde üzeri hareketli bir lokasyonda. Banyo lambamız yanmıyordu arkadaş hemen ilgilendi yenisini takti. Tencere, havlu ve çarşaf lazım oldu hemen getirdiler, sanırım genç arkadaşlar ilgileniyor apart ile. Etrafta yetişkin birilerini hic görmedim yada bana denk gelmedi. Geceleri eğlenceler ve kopuk partileri oluyor. Gençler arkadaş grupları icin, çocuklu aileler için uygun Bütçeye de uygun. Tavsiye ederim. Yolum tekrar düşerse mutlaka buraya gelirim net.

Nice convenient apar**ents. Lovely staff. 2 balconys. Basic but everything there. Returning again in 2023. Beds really comfy. No noise. Food good from the bar and cafe ann downstairs for breakfast/dinner/desserts.

On arrival, it seemed that the hosts were not aware that we were arriving. They took us into our room and gave us 2 towels to share between three adults, the towels looked dirty, as was the linen on the beds they went upstairs and brought two pillows & extra linen which also looked filthy. It was late when we arrived & we were exhausted, so we set the beds up (including the 2 sofa beds which were falling apart with hard metal poking through everywhere) & tried to get some sleep. On further inspection, we found that there was no kettle, no cooking facilities & only one dish that we would have to share between the three of us. As well as a lack of other crockery. This is totally unacceptable as the apar**ents are stated as being self catering. We asked for a kettle and also stated about there being no hob, microwave or toaster & not enough crockery but nothing was ever brought to us. For the first two days we had to shower using cold water, as there was no hot water throughout the apar**ent, we advised them of this, to which they brought some pipes, which was attached to an electrical box type shower & we were able to have a luke warm shower for a further 2 days, until it blew up (with a huge bang) while my husband was using it, filling the apar**ent full of smoke & blowing all the electrics. After this we called the staff up to the room & asked to be moved to another room as we were terrified of using the shower, as it was dangerous, and also mentioned the other issues, including the shower screen which had fallen off & every time we had a shower it flooded the bathroom, only to be told that there was no rooms available. So we returned to having cold showers for the rest of the holiday. We also advised & showed them the hard metal sticking out of the sofa beds, to which she just turned the sofa bed around so it was at the bottom of the bed instead. Which made no difference at all. After this we were avoided by all staff, including the cleaners which throughout our entire stay, did not come in to clean our room once! Even though we’d asked if a cleaner could come in at some point! We had to basically beg for another towel, as I previously stated we were only given 2 between 3 of us. (We was given an extra towel & a foot mat for the shower) The pool area was dirty & we never spent any time around there, as there wasn’t even sun loungers to relax on. It is listed as a family friendly apar**ent but has exposed wires everywhere & an electrical circuit box which had no cover on it, (again exposing live wires) a fire alarm hanging off the wall with exposed wires if a child went near any of these god forbid what would happen. The place is an absolute death trap! The room next door to us had dogs which barked & howled constantly throughout the night. If we knew it was a pet friendly hotel we wouldn’t have booked it. But there was nothing to state this on the listing. I can honestly say that this was the worst & most expensive holiday we have ever h
