Amazing experience at this hotel. Bar staff friendly and really really attentive! Did not need to move from your seat. Totally enjoyable and relaxing holiday! Cengiz and Tommy, best waiters ever! Beach and food were brilliant! Very clean, very comfortable. Room cleaned and refreshed every day. So much attention to detail. Hairdresser chatty and completely pampered me, can't thank him enough! We will be back!

We stayed here for a week with my partner and I must say it has been a fabulous time, the staff are super friendly and very helpful especially Zeynep who works at the bubble tea stand. Would highly recommend this hotel, food is good and loads to do in the complex. As Arnold says “ I’ll be back”

Good food beautiful place flowing beer now for negative/too many trees blocking sun all day Found myself going round in circles with the sunbed /shower floods the whole place its badly designed/Can't find cutlery half the time/wifi harldy works/

Great holiday, stone bar staff Çengis and Tommy are absolutely brilliant we never got up to get a drink. You can get food all around the resort, pine bar the Kiya restaurant and buffet, great coffee corner, icecream bar, milkshake bar all inclusive. Definitely come back.

Ich bin min zweimal im Jahr in Grand Yazici Marmaris Palace. Die Lage ist atemberaubend. Die Anlage ist weitläufig aber sehr übersichtlich. Eine Highlight ist das Personal. Angefangen vom Empfang, im Restaurant und Snack Bar sind alle sehr höflich und zuvorkommend! Ich fühle mich jedesmal wie zu Hause bzw. bei Freunden. Havva Hanim im Restaurant sticht nochmal besonders heraus! Höflich, herzlich, zuvorkommend ob zum Frühstück oder Abendessen stehst ein Lächeln im Gesicht! Vielen Dank Havva Hanim! Ich komme definitiv wieder und sehr gerne! Yılda en az iki kez Grand Yazıcı Marmaris Palace Hotelinde konaklamaktan zevk alıyorum. Hotelin Konumu tabiatın içinde olmakla beraber nefes kesici. Tesis çok geniş ama aynı zamanda çok net. Hotelde çalışanlar, resepsiyondan başlayarak restoran ve snack barda herkes çok kibar ve yardımsever! Kendimi her zaman evimde ya da arkadaşlarımın yanındaymış gibi hissediyorum. Ayrı bir parantez Restoranda Havva Hanıma açmak istiyorum. Havva hanım her konuda öne çıkıyor! Kibar, sıcak, misafirperver, ister kahvaltıda, ister akşam yemeğinde, yüzünüzde her zamam bir gülümseme var! Teşekkürler Havva Hanım!

Cuma günü sabah 9,30 da otele giriş yaptık. Resepsiyondaki çalışanlara teşekkür ediyoruz giriş saati 12 olmasına rağmen yardımcı oldular ve odamıza yönlendirdiler. Tüm otel çalışanları güleryüzle hizmet verdiler özellikle Havva hanım ve ana restoranın tüm çalışanlarına güler yüzleri ile tatilimizi güzelleştirdileri için teşekkür ediyoruz.

What an absolutely outstanding hotel. Genuinely the best all inclusive holiday I’ve ever been. I travelled with my 5 children who were on their first holiday abroad. This hotel is absolutely perfect. The whole place is spotless, as were the rooms. We had 2 garden rooms next to each other to accommodate the 6 of us. The food was outstanding with so many options. My children adored the ice bar and the lovely lady who worked in it! They loved the patisserie and coffee bar too. There is one particular bartender who speaks great English and my children named ‘the funny man,’ who made every trip lots of fun with nut fights and always winding them up. The whole setting is beautiful and tranquil with lovely views. A genuinely outstanding holiday which I would recommend to anybody.
