The rooms were adequate only need somewhere to get ya head down. General cleanness was good everywhere. Bar, Lobby. Restaurant and pool area. Very friendly staff, and was look after well. Bringing fresh drinks to us around the pool when ours were empty.

The staff make the holiday, hans will cater for every need, 3 mins to beach and central location, will be coming back. Hotel is sound and I’ve eaten breakfast dinner and tea and with location plenty on bars and restaurants on door step, 10 min bus (30 lira) to marmaris. Found gin and Fanta and drank a million of them

This hotel was amazing ,all the staff are very friendly and polite and the food was very good specially the soups everyday. The cleaning ladies are very thorough in the room and bright up your day putting lovely flowers on the beds every morning .i would recommend this hotel to all my friends in the uk

Fantastic hotel good value for money staff very helpful and friendly especially Erhan the family manager always happy to help with anything great location rooms clean lovely clean pool would definitely come back next year with more family and friends 😁

The hotel is lovely, the staff are so kind and friendly always smiling and helpful, Erhan the head barman is so friendly and sweet! The chef is also very lovely and talented, always there making sure you are ok and happy to help. I will definitely be coming back again, please don't listen to any bad reviews because this place is so lovely and homely! Can't fault it at all!!! Thank you to everyone at the Mersoy Hotel! You are all beautifully kind and hard workers!

The food is very very very poor and always cold and tastes horrible so an all inclusive houlday we ended up eating out so was pointless going all inclusive, no entertainment at all no pool table nor darts which it says in the description lift in hotel don't work properly we got stuck in it a few times

After reading bad reviews we came not expecting a lot as long as it was clean. You het what you pay for exceeded expectations new management in absolutely fantastic very helpful can't do enough for you all staff pleasant and friendly ros cleaned daily no problems at all food is the same as every other all inclusive there is always something to eat
