A really nice hotel. Staff was pleasant and the breakfast was really good. Unfortunately we had a room directly across from the vending machines. A little noisy at times.

The beautiful lady at the front desk was warm and friendly, met our requests, and arranged a quiet room. The hotel room is large and has a sofa. Breakfast is provided, there is an indoor swimming pool, and the parking lot is large.

The Best Western Plus Cotton Tree is a pleasant place to stay. This was our first stay @ the BW in Idaho Falls and we will return. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was great with a large variety of food to choose from. The coffee was especially delicious. The location of this BW is placed perfectly to the main freeway and we were in and out of Idaho Falls without any traffic issues.


The beauties at the front desk were warm and friendly, meeting our requirements and arranging a quiet room. The hotel room is large and has a sofa. Breakfast is provided, there is an indoor pool, and the parking lot is large.
