We loved the welcome feel when you walked in. The staff was nice and made the process very quick and easy. They had a dinner soup which was very nice as well as their breakfast. The pool and hot tub was nice after a long drive. We felt like we were very safe also which is always really nice.

They messed up our booking and wouldn’t refund us even after the front desk guy admitted his mistake. It was late at night and my kids were stuck in the car waiting while he tried to argue why they wouldn’t refund us. We ended up driving through the night to our destination instead. The place was grungy and smelled. Would never recommend. Horrible experience.

Decent hotel for a good price. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The customer service was spectacular. Chris was very attentive and kind. The kids enjoyed the pool while the adults enjoyed the hot tub! Very quiet which is always so nice after a long drive

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly! We left early as we were on a road trip and there was food brought out early so we could bring some breakfast on the way. The price was reasonable and it was just what we needed to get some rest in the middle of a long drive

The only difficulty was finding the entrance to the lot and building. Then things got much better. As we entered, Chris welcomed us and offered us complimentary cookies and soup. Very welcoming and friendly.. Room was faultless. Warm and quiet and clean.

Chris at the front desk could not have been more helpful, courteous, professional, or knowledgeable. He is great to work with and provides outstanding customer service. My room had been remodeled and was very clean and nice….. I will definitely stay here again!
