Stay was Ok. But you people have hided ***y things to us, eventhough we have booked the resort 15 days before. Condition regarding the road to the resort was advised to us only on the trip day, that too by afternoon. We were asked to take another route which was almost 20 kms more. Even in that route, we had to travel for around 3.00 km off road(just like Mookambika-Kudajaadri road).We were not informed about the same, and when asked about the same, we were not given a proper reply. Total mood was spoiled due to the same. Very much dis satisfied by the un professional attitude of the resort officials. Will rate Poor only regarding this. Also Grill and Campfire facility was not provided to us(they had N number of excuses for that).... Overall we had a very poor experience 😒😒😒

Located at the center of tea estates. Balcony view was good. Best place to feel the nature. Swimming pool also available in the resort. Campfire area was good. If they improve the taste and quality of the food means it will be the best resorts in Vagamon.

It was great to stay and take pictures close to tea plantation. Places nearby are also attractive village forest ambience. Staff are friendly and helpful.

It's wonderful place you can chill, best staff there they behave like our friends and very much coperative. Food was wonderful a**osphere and ambiance was super. Only issue is the way we reach, ***agement and staff should arrange a parking space in main road and pick up from there in bolero like vehicle for car travel families. Highly recommended for all category people like bachelors, couples, family etc.

The resort is located in midst of a tea plantation with great views all around. The staff was very professional and service was very efficient.

Location was good. Good service from the team. Remarkable note is the way to the resort. It took more than 40 minutes to cover 5 kms to the resort. Literally there is no road and we have to spend nearly 40 minutes to travel one side. Due to this it’s bit difficult to go for sightseeing or having food from outside. Due to this it is impossible to choose travel after 7 pm as there is no houses and mobile connectivity in this area.
