Nice view and rooms are clean and fresh! But rooms are not spacious! Food prices are priced but high compared to Munnar! Staff are well trained! Snacks are placed at room but are on sale it’s confusing! Overall good stay! You may also check other properties

Hospitality was very good. Nice and kind staff , they greeted us well with an welcome drink. Took care of moving the luggages to our allotted rooms. Explained the facilities available. Excellent Roof top dining place. 5/5 for the facilities.Booked through Make my trip and i.m fully satisfied while leaving out of crown valley

The Crown suite room was too classy and spacious, couple friendly with a nice valley view. The staff is polite and served our food requests. Location of the hotel is very nice, very near to the prime activities. The hotel has a nice garden, swimming pool and other gaming activities.

We selected this over true luxury resorts in the area based on pictures and reviews. But my wife and I were highly disappointed with the suite room condition which was deplorable; awful bathroom condition that housekeeping could have reported and fixed prior to our check-in, a/c remote not functioning, and numerous cosmetic issues that we ignored. The staff was ok in responsiveness so giving 2-star. They gave us another room with better conditions but awful view from bedroom windows of resort trash and front door that can’t be locked inside or outside. Basic quality checks that should be common sense are not done so prefer other options. Rooftop restaurant is the only ‘saving the grace’ for this place. Glad we didn’t fall sick but quality of food and hygiene standards inside kitchen are questionable.

Hotel in good location. Hotel needs lots of work including replacement of bed specially. Staff say one thing and do nothing. We wanted to leave but they promised and didn't deliver. Never recommend this hotel. Food very routine buffet. Veg and Non Veg was display together so had to be careful and read labels which was clearly marked thanks the Lord. ***ager Ali Jaan was pleasant guy but bad ***agement. We give hotel NO STAR. WE ARE TRAVELERS and appreciate good hotel and service. We wish them good luck and hope they take comments seriously and improve so to help tourism.
