Loved the stay and hospitality here. Amazing service by the staff. Especially Mr Jinu, Mr Wangsa,Mr Jithin. Delicious food in the restaurant. Amazing activities and atmosphere created by Mr Mahendra as well. Looking forward to meeting them again and experiencing the same.

We came on our holiday trip 🙌 we enjoyed a lot 😀 we stayed here 9March to 12 March Property location is awesome we got two rooms on ground floor From our Rooms outside View is awesome 👌 Specially Food is very very tasty 💕 Warm welcome by Jyoti on Reception is gr8 She is very Sweet and Caring ❣️ Activeites Organizer Mr Mahendran is Really very Gr8 he is also very Caring & Soft spoken We enjoyed a lot on his Activeites shows 😀 Jyoti Mahendra Aswin & sumesh are Star of this property 😀 food quality is excellent and staff in Restaurant is very cooperative property Ambiance is Awesome 👌 we would love to come again n again

Firstly I would like to mention that the location of Karma Munnar is fantastic, as we look up from the balcony we see the huge green mountains all around and looking down we discover wonderful water stream flowing through rocks, making very pleasing sound, all day long. The Karma staff made our visit more joyful, comfortable and complete in all respect. Their precise personal guidance for daily visits around was truly valuable. The food at Karma restaurant was excellent with Swift room service, so there was no room for any complaints. Here, I would also like to mention the name of Mr. Mahendran who really cared for us for the whole week at Karma and ensured our safety while daily site visits around, explaining do's and don'ts personally, as we were using self driven rented SUV. Special thanks to him for making our trip so joyful.

Very lovely stay. Mahendran was a wonderful host and made the stay comfortable and homely. He is also a local from Munnar. So if you need any advice on sights to see, things to do, or about Munnar in general, I'd ask him. As for the resort, I'd advice visitors visiting in the next 5 months after I Post the review not to go with a car with low ground clearance as there is road work around the hotel. The hotel itself is very home like and comfy. It's situated on the side of a valley with a river below it, and it gives you some of the most scenic views from the rooms. The food in the restaurant is very delicious (I recommend the Nasi Goreng and the Spaghetti with white sauce). The facilities in the hotel are also up to the mark with a PS5 to keep teens busy and 24/7 hot water, although the pool gets a little chilly. Other than that it is a wonderful hotel. Karma members, I would strongly recommend this resort as it is one of the best resorts that Karma has to offer.

It has been a wonderful experience at Karma Munnar. The location of the hotel is serene. The restaurant is really good with very delicious food. The staff have been extremely friendly. Kudos to Jino and Alfraz for being really hospitable and prompt. The facilities are good. Enjoyed my time with the PS5. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend The only problem the location is a little away from the main town so if you don't have transport then if could be a little inconvenient.

Wonderful experience with karma staff are very helpful specially evening activities taken by Mr.Mahendren was enjoyable properly location good but compare to other property of karma this property very small no gym, garden & walking area.

I loved the unique route to the karma munnar, the room view was beautiful facing the river next day we walked up there. Mr Mahendra in the resort was very helpful n guided us to plan our site seeing in munnar. He was very welcoming with a smile n had great knowledge of the place n animals. You should interact with him he will make ur stay very delightful. Thanks mahendra for the bday cake too.
