My recent stay at hotel caesar palace left much to be desired. From the outset, the malfunctioning closest flush in the room was an inconvenience. The service was consistently poor, highlighted by the disorganized delivery of our lunch order to the room, with each item brought separately. Additionally, the provision of only two water bottles for 24 hours felt insufficient, especially considering the extra charges for additional bottles. The breakfast options were disappointingly limited, featuring only dosa, poori, tea, and coffee. Overall, the lack of attention to basic amenities and the consistently unsatisfactory service marred my experience, and i would not recommend this hotel for future stays.

Never ever select - breakfast included this hotel. They are serving very less limited. Only items for this much big hotel. Very sarcastic! when we asked for hot appam. They told me they cannot serve surprisingly. Mr. Abhisek was the great server when we asked for the second appam. They told. All over. Its buffet and they serve limited only
no fruits no juice were served. Very bad and horrible service don't ever. Stay in this hotel. No chutney no sambar

The rooms were clean although the tv remote wasn't working and never repaired even after two days of complaint. The air-conditioner worked well. The room service from the restaurant was prompt.

Very comfortable stay, neat and clean room. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone
