I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with a booking (3 days stay for 27k for 10 people) I placed at this hotel. I had made a reservation for a room well in advance 1 months ago, but upon arrival, I was informed that the room was not available and I was given a room which I haven't booked and at the same time one of the worst in the resort (no bed, no sufficient lighting and and very far away from other rooms and office with no view). I had travelled in so many places in India and oversees, but I could say this was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel and has left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I was counting on this room to be a relaxing and comfortable place to stay, but instead, I was subjected to an unacceptable level of inconvenience and poor customer service. The staff was unhelpful and unapologetic, and did not offer any alternative arrangements or compensation for the trouble caused. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable (especially from the owner). I was paying for a room that was promised to me, and instead, I was left with nothing. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and has left me feeling cheated and misled. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise anyone considering staying here to reconsider their options. The hotel's inability to fulfill its obligations and provide the services promised is a reflection of its poor management and lack of concern for customer satisfaction. I hope that this review will serve as a warning to others to avoid this hotel and to encourage the management to improve its services and ensure that its guests are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.

We recently had the misfortune of booking a stay at this place and having our booking altered at the last moment. Before our arrival, we had requested a specific room showing photographs and other details, which was immediately confirmed by the hotel after taking an advance. Upon arrival, the hotel staff informed us that my room had been changed to a different one without any prior notice. The new room was much smaller and far from satisfactory. The room was in a dilapidated state full of dust and spider webs. To make matters worse, the amenities were a complete disaster and the new room was far away scenery and resembled a poor lodge. We had no other option but to look for another resort, in spite of long drive we had for the whole day. It was extremely uncomfortable and ruined our entire trip. The lack of professionalism and customer service was appalling, book this place at your risk.

The best place i have visited and its worth money. All the staffs and owner was very friendly and helpful. Thank you gazelle's team.. Do visit this beautiful place.. Its a must visit.❤️.And the place is really good for people who like for treking and jeep safari as there are many viewpoints near the resort..

We had a nice experiance with family in Gazalle.Independant villas with spacious sitting room and bedroom.we experianced a good hospitality and the staffs were very friendly and helpful.There is a small pond can have boating,badminton space available ,table tennis and carroms space also available on top of dine area. They arranged a camp fire besides the pond with BBQ dinner. Overall food is ok. If you are planning a pieceful stay with family then no doubt go for it.worth the money.. We are giving 5 stars to Gazalle
