une belle demeure pleine de charme, une chambre confortable avec une bonne literie et spacieuse, un joli parc, un parking. Le restaurant de l'hôtel sert des plats simples maix copieux et gouteux, le petit-déjeuner est tres bien fourni. Le prix de la chambre avec petit déjeuner est tres correct.

Leuk karakteristiek hotel op de rand buiten het centrum van Ieper. Perfect als uitvalsbasis voor de regio als je meer wilt weten over de Eerste Wereldoorlog. Het pand is oud(er) dus ook wel gehorig. Zelf geen last van gehad maar hoorde de buurman wel snurken. Kamer was netjes, schoon en fris. Douche in bad, voorzien van handdoeken en verzorgingsproducten. Ontbijt in een mooie ruimte, meer dan prima. Hotel is een aanrader. Dame achter de receptie erg vriendelijk en gaf handige tips voor het centrum van Ieper. Helaas door de weersomstandigheden de tuin niet kunnen bezoeken maar dat schijnt ook de moeite waard te zijn! Ik kom nog eens terug.

Amazing history and location. So pleased we stayed here. Hadn’t realised it was in huge strategic location for Great War. Trenches and bunker in the grounds set the scene amazingly for our trip to the area. So much better than a place in town. Right next to hooge crater museum. Room was spacious and simple with comfy bed. Had a great beer in quirky bar. Decent continental breakfast. Staying here was big component of a super interesting couple of days. Feel like I got very lucky with this find.

The food was very tasty and good value, only downside was when we visited the restaurant wasnt open Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday for evening meals. Breakfast is fantastic though, a very varied choice and you can eat as much as you like. Rooms are lovely with very comfortable beds, the rooms are serviced every day.

We had the studio for us and our two teenage boys. Was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Wish we had time to stay longer. Will return if we are in the area again.

Nice place. Warm welcome and the rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. Breakfast was nice, a good selection of continental foods and awesome pastries. It’s clean, friendly, charming and better than many 3 star hotels I’ve stayed in. Very short drive to Ypres as well. Recommended, will return.

We had booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children and were very lucky to be in a 2 bed apar**ent! It was exceptionally clean. Bed was probably the most comfortable I have slept in! Breakfast was very good also. No complaints at all, would definitely stay here again.
