Could not travel due to legal marriage delay and informed them as they don't accept without certificate. They are not helpful and charged me even though I did not stay

This is a beautiful property in a magnificent location. The rooms are gorgeous and views are lovely. Unfortunately the service is lacking generally. It really lets the brand down and taints the experience. I don’t know why but many of staff are unhappy and the managers are utterly incompetent. The breakfast manager was the worst. The buffet is missing essentials and he and the staff are annoyed by simple requests such as for butter or yoghurts. I would say the service at breakfast was some of the worst I ever experienced. Also, no water in the gym. The face cloths were never replaced in the rooms. For a 5* hotel, it is lacking in many areas.

Very pleasant stay! The service was really top notch, and the staff were exemplary in courtesy. We were greeted with warmth and respect upon our arrival. The team members were always available to meet our needs and ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism they demonstrated. It is without a doubt an establishment where you feel welcome and cared for. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay experience. This is more than just a hotel, this is a superbe alpine style resort with heart stunning decor and construction, it is the epitome of perfection, I would highly recommend you make a stop here and make it part of your Moroccan journey. it’s more than a stay, it’s an experience that will touch your senses and you’ll remember forever. The staff is the cream of the crop and attend to your every need before you even ask, the sauna is world class, the indoor heated pool is simply a joy. The rooms have a distinct home feel with a balcony overlooking a serene natural environment with birds flying overhead.

Luxurious hotel with its own little forest for walking and relaxing. There are seats, sofas and little houses scattered throughout for reading or just relaxing. We were given a very friendly welcome and as a surprise we were upgraded to a huge, beautiful suite! The dinner and breakfast were very plentiful and delicious. The indoor pool is large and flooded with light, the area around the outdoor pool is very inviting and cozy. Still a bit too cold in February. The massage in the spa was extremely pleasant and professional. A place to recommend for those seeking peace and quiet, hikers, athletes, golfers... We would love to come back!

The entire building is majestic, made with taste and detail to perfection. The welcome is pleasant and competent. The rooms or suites are furnished and organized as in a Swiss mountain chalet. the bedding is cozy and soft, the bathroom is spacious and well stocked, the space is sufficient. The catering is at the height of the establishment. Whether Moroccan/Lebanese or the dishes are all made in accordance with the classic culinary tradition. Whether internationally or the dishes are prepared with precision in taste and color. Chief TARIK who leads all the brigades is a piano virtuoso. All the dishes are beautifully presented, with delicious flavors on the nose and palate. It's a real pleasure to go down to have breakfast, lunch and dinner because each time the taste buds are stimulated and the smells revive the nostrils. The room service dishes are also up to par with the different restaurants. It was a week of joy of discovery and confirmation that Chef TARIK was a great chef for his young age. Well done and congratulations boss. Thank you to all the hotel and catering teams, not forgetting the Spa where I had an extraordinary scrub made in the ancestral Moroccan art.
