This resort is striking, with a lobby that resembles a U.S. National Park lodge. SO many amenities, including multiple restaurants, a lobby bar, indoor and outdoor pools, activities, hiking trails, and even a petting zoo! The rooms are charming with a rustic feel. The AC in one of our rooms didn't really work, even after calling and requesting help four times. There is an iron, fridge/minibar, and safe. The bathroom is very clean and very fancy. Really beautiful place with generally good service. We had really great steaks at the restaurant on the lower level and a nice Moroccan dinner of lamb shoulder at the Moroccan restaurant. We only stayed one night, but this would be a great place to stay several days if you like a resort ambiance. Definitely somewhere we will come back to.

This is a beautiful property in a magnificent location. The rooms are gorgeous and views are lovely. Unfortunately the service is lacking generally. It really lets the brand down and taints the experience. I don’t know why but many of staff are unhappy and the managers are utterly incompetent. The breakfast manager was the worst. The buffet is missing essentials and he and the staff are annoyed by simple requests such as for butter or yoghurts. I would say the service at breakfast was some of the worst I ever experienced. Also, no water in the gym. The face cloths were never replaced in the rooms. For a 5* hotel, it is lacking in many areas.

Very pleasant stay! The service was really top notch, and the staff were exemplary in courtesy. We were greeted with warmth and respect upon our arrival. The team members were always available to meet our needs and ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism they demonstrated. It is without a doubt an establishment where you feel welcome and cared for. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay experience.
