I already said above what I liked.
What I didn't like is:
1. For the air conditioning to work you need to pay €1 for it to work 2 hours, so if you go on summer you can add at least €4 to the night cost.
2. They say they can't help you call a cab because the cab company have their number blocked because customers made them call and then took off and they have a prepaid phone in the lobby but it doesn't work.
3. I stayed for 1 week and they didn't change the sheets, not even once.
4. I think they only go into the room to make the bed, pick up the trash and change the towels because I could see the floor hadn't been cleaned.

Hotel muy bien situado, a pocos kilómetros de Santander. Muy tranquilo y con buenas instalaciones, todo a un precio asequible.
Cuando vuelva Cantabria me alojaré en este hotel si hay plaza.

En cuanto a la limpieza, la habitación tenía las papeleras sin vaciar.
Sobre la comodidad, complicado. Hacía demasiado calor en la habitación y te cobran por encender el aire acondicionado.
Por los €130 euros que pagamos la noche esperábamos dormir al menos cómodos la verdad. Carísimo

Cojimos para quedarnos dos noches mi mujer y yo, nada mas entrar en la habitacion, holia todo muy mal el armario parecia de un gallinero, nos duchamos, la alcachofa no funcionaba , la nevera no funcionaba las rejas de la ventana llenas de bichos y no se lo pierdan el desalluno que nos cobraron tres euros por cada uno, era pesimo el hijo del gerente un borde ni buenos dias nos dijo, con todo esto le reclamo en ventanilla por todo lo sucedido y se puso como un inergumeno, nos dijo k es lo k hay si no estabamos contentos k nos fueramos, a todo esto le solicito la hoja de reclamaciones y no nos la quiere dar, llamo a la policia local y le cuenta la version k cree el. El turismo da de comer a los hoteles y esta gente no tiene idea de llevar un hotel.. Que vanda ,no nos dio la vuelta del dinero por pagar una noche de mas, esta denunciado. Nunca jamas volveria.. Se ruega ver todas las opiniones de este hotel fantasma

Hotel sin encanto, hay 3 empleados (dicen ser familia) de los cuales 1 de ellos tiene el mismo encanto que el mismo hotel, es decir, ninguno. No se admiten pagos con tarjeta en importes inferiores a 30 euros y eso que con unos pocos desayunos se llega a ese importe ya que por 2 cafés y 2 tostadas cobran 6 euros y variedad ninguna, solo tienen magdalenas y poco más, la cafetera ni tan siquiera la tienen encendida.... La habitación muy simple (aunque para dormir es suficiente) la cama incómoda y mucho ruido que proviene de la misma carretera que tiene frente a él y incluso de los baños de las habitaciones de al lado. No nos ha gustado y no volveríamos.

Atención muy buena, gente agradable. la habitación según entramos el olor era fuerte, como a humedad y pues, abrí las ventanas para ventilar aunque tuve q cerrar por mosquitos. Las sábanas limpias parecían pr había una mancha de sangre que no se debió quitar al lavar. Esta en general aceptable, pero me parece un poco caro para lo que es en si. La atención muy buena eso si.

Great biker friendly hotel. Extremely helpful staff who went above and beyond to help us out when our motorcycle broke down. They loaned us a charger for the weekend while we waited for the dealer to open. Excellent restaurant across the road and Great bar around the corner. Good location for Santander. With the train station just a 10 minute walk away at 3.5 Euros return. Easy free parking and very convenient for the ferry terminal. Very good value for money. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

La habitación a las tres y media de la tarde no estaba preparada para entrar, cuando previamente habíamos avisado que nuestra llegada sería a las tres, el recepcionista nos propuso invitarnos a desayunar al día siguiente en compensación, y el domingo el ofrecimiento del desayuno se transformó en un café y la desaparición del recepcionista sin ofrecer nada más ni dar ninguna explicación. Servicio acorde del precio. cutre, ramplón, poco esmerado, ruidoso, poco ventilado, instalaciones sin renovar
