But there was no deep pool, there are plenty of water slides, children's pools. The resort's food is good. But there is no pool for those who want to swim. It left something to be desired. Because the water park is huge and they didn't think it through very well

everything is very fragrant and clean, the shower is the most wonderful thing you have to be able to have a really nice shower, and the food at the restaurant included in the package is unrealistically good, both the coffee, lunch and dinner are incredible!!

When we arrived to check in, we entered the reception and waited for service. Then an employee arrived and told us exactly that: "Get out of here, we have to wait outside!". I then left. While I was waiting in the sun to be allowed to enter the reception, the same employee said that: "of those three who are at the reception, only one works". It seems like a guest needed to hear this. As is usual in any accommodation establishment, you pay a deposit to guarantee your reservation, however, during check-in, they wanted to charge more for the remainder. An error by someone who did not provide the correct information to the system. This was resolved right there, but one more annoyance. They put us in a room (165), where the heating plant was on the ceiling. Therefore, there were 24 hours of noise, the reception was notified, but nothing was done. There were several days without sleeping peacefully. When I made the reservation, I already knew that the cost of meals and snacks in the park were unreal, but I realized that you can take water, drinks and meals to the resort. Here's a tip. Other services, such as the meals included in the package, breakfast, lunch and dinner, are of the highest quality. The service from the resort's restaurant staff is excellent. They are friendly and very helpful. Congratulations to this team. However, in some snack bars scattered throughout the park, the employees treated us with contempt. That's regrettable! On the days we stayed, all the pools were open. Maintenance of these pools was apparently up to date, as we enjoyed each one a lot. At the resort's snack bar, the attendants seemed not to be aware of some of the prices of products they sell. I gave it an average rating, because for a resort of this size, guests could be treated better, with ethics, posture and consideration. The pools were incredible, and the service from the resort's restaurant staff surprised me.

The hotel is simple, with no sound insulation, loud music, difficult to sleep, ruined the stay. Good food and attentive staff, especially in the restaurant. All quite simple. Cleaning also with some flaws.

A couple of friends who just arrived from Japan, after a journey of more than 30 hours, tired, with a two-year-old baby, kindly asked to take dinner to their room. They were treated with ignorance, disrespect and disregard and were denied a meal in their room. A room, by the way, with a poor quality structure that does not justify the daily rate paid, which was R$ 1,287.00. In short, run away from this place. I do not under any circumstances recommend staying at this hotel with terrible service and high costs. I say this with confidence, as I visit hotels throughout the country and this one is outstanding in all criteria.

lots of fun in the park, lots of pools, the wave pool is the sensation of the moment, everyone likes it... several snack bars to eat and drink, the park has a beautiful structure, well maintained, for those who like to play in the water, there is the place...
