The receptionists very accommodating we had the room which we had on a previous visit so we were very pleased. We look forward to our return to this hotel as soon as possible

We arrived late after transportation delays to inexperienced front desk staff. They did not have our prepayment details. Proof was provided and I was told the proof I provided could be a fake and to stay we would have to pay. Reluctantly I paid for the stay because it was late and another hotel was not an option. I revisited the double charge in the morning and again the morning front desk staff was inexperienced and explained there would not be a manager on site to speak to until the next week. I emailed the manager and received a demon failure. I have contacted the vendor we used to book the hotel, get a room, and are still waiting for a resolution. The first phone call said we needed to provide 48 business hours and the second call says we need to provide 3-5 business days. The hotel itself was loud with guests in comparison to our other 5 hotels during our vacation and we were awakened at 5am. I am not pleased at all with the hotel, the booking agent, or the physical hotel. Not recommended.

I have to wait weeks to have my company's data added to the invoice even I asked for it when I booked my room online. Appartenly the receptionist could not do nothing about it... The only two good things that I noticed is the quiet at night and day, and the nearby bus stop that is directly connected to the city center.
