蛍池駅からは徒歩11分。朝食付きで、アメニティも豊富でこの金額は満足しています。また利用したいです。

スタンダードダブルで207号室でした。
ルナは初めてだったのですが、系列店のロータスには何度か宿泊していたので会員カードが使えると思ったら機械が反応せずフロントに電話するとロータスのカードはルナの客室の機械では非対応なのでフロントに会員番号を伝えたら大丈夫と教えて下さりました。
お風呂がスチームサウナになるのは初めてだったので良かったですが、ジェットバスが壊れてたのが残念でした。
ロータスでも共通なのですが、朝食の鮭定食が有料になったのは残念です。
和食が好みなので玉子焼きか目玉焼き定食でも無料で提供して頂けると嬉しいです。
ロータスでもバスローブがパジャマになってたので、個人的にバスローブの方が好みなので無料で選べると嬉しいです。
バスタオルも無料で追加出来ると更に嬉しいです。
部屋にウォーターサーバーが有るので飲み物の用意をしなくていいのが個人的にとても良いです。
電子レンジが部屋に無かったのですが、フロントに言えば温めて持って来て頂けるので助かりました。
また泊まりに行きたいと思いますので、よろしくお願い致します。

故障しているのかテレビの音量が小さく出来なく部屋がずっとうるさい状態で頭が痛くなるほど不快だった。

タオルは糸が出ていて、ベッドは黄ばんでいて古い感じがした。
換気扇の音もうるさく、駅から徒歩10なので、そこまで良くないです。至って普通のラブホ
期待しては行けません。
