Every single person - from the reception to the restaurant to housekeeping - are incredibly warm and helpful. I was a bit disappointed with the general cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms, general area and amenities. The ground floor path to the gym was smelly, the towels in the pool side were mostly torn and discolored, and some of the fixtures in the bathroom were wobbly. But for a business trip, it’s fine because you don’t spend too much of your time inside the hotel.

Good facility and conveniently located. Good service from staff, rooms are nice and so are the meals.

An excellent place! I tried to extend my stay. It was too late and I did not get a free room. It is that good (note: not was). There is something about the smell. That is it for me! Then, the business class lounge. Then the customer service especially at the lounge. Then, the waterview. The flowers and trees at the entrance. And then the rooms and food. Location, checked. My best so far in Nigeria. And I compared it to all my experiences with the four (4) star hotels in Ikoyi and V.I. Lagos. Even Dubai and Ghana. My wife totally agreed with me.

There’s always room for improvement. It’s been an amazing days I spent there. Looking forward to seeing you guys again.

Fantastic stay so far. We have been here couple of times and the level of the service has not changed. It has always been superb. The receptionist are usually very helpful and the waiters as well. Even the securities. Infact, you all are doing well
