We are honored and glad to have chosen Give Hotel. The location is super good. It is next to the Royal Botanic Gardens, close to supermarkets and the city center. The key is that the floating building and the famous Christchurch Art Museum are just across the street.

The worst experience I ever have in a hotel:
1. Unclear information about the room: I booked a classic room in a hotel with images about bathroom inside however I received a room with a shared bathroom and the reception complained me because did not read the detailed information inside the collapsed section???
2. The hotel and their staffs requests me to provide my card information to follow their procedures although it is not mentioned in hotel policy in trip.com. They explained that it will be charged in case the room has issues after check-out. I did not agree with that and suggested that using cash deposit instead but they did not accept and did not allow me to check in?
3. Hotel staff is very rude and I even remember his name as Sameera
4. The room in night is very loudy because of the sound of banging on the door and the sound of opening and closing the shared bathroom door next to our bedroom.

The location of the hotel is very good, opposite the botanical garden, next to the art gallery and museum (under maintenance, it is said that it has not been open since the outbreak), shared kitchen, complete facilities.
