This place is a franchise so I was expecting way more, we travelled here off peak season in the middle of the month. Our needs were never accommodated from the beginning due to poor management and ridiculous rules. We asked to be upgraded to a sea view room because the hotel was empty they lied and said it’s full. I asked to be assisted organizing a romantic picnic on the beach, they offered assistance but made me wait a ridiculous amount of time so I left it out they were reluctant to help me all services require a huge wait time, even simple things. The staff were polite however and tried to help they were governed by unaccommodating rules. The access to the beach was the best part. The breakfast was also good. Will never return!

The hotel is clean, tidy and the suite we stayed in was beautiful. Very well equipped for self catering, including a braai on the big balcony deck. Unfortunately the gates leading to the beach were rusted shut so we had to climb through the trees instead. A less able bodied person or those with young children would really struggle with this.

From check-in till checkout the staff was very welcoming polite and friendly. Wanted to stay a bit longer our room was clean and smelling fresh, delicious food too.

I was greeted by friendly staff and nothing was too much to ask. Staff go out of their way to assist you. The rooms are clean with crisp clean linen fluffy towels and after a long day wonderfully hot shower. The dinner was prepared to perfection

Rooms are spacious and clean. Beautiful hotel. Would be nice if they could have a games room for the children for evening entertainment

If you use as a self catering it would be a good place, the beach feels like you own private space, it is great, the rooms are big and well equipped, the view is dependant on the room you get as in some rooms you need to look through the tree branches to see the sea.

Very friendly & helpful staff, the place is properly maintained and clean, everything you need in one place with easy access to the beach. There is nothing more needed. One of the best stays for sure.

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Excellent views with the hotel right on the beach. Staff were very courteous. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service, prime location, and overall commitment to guest satisfaction. I can't wait to return on my next trip to this region.
