Excelente atendimento, bons quartos, bonita decoração, jardins bem cuidado, piscina com vista mar, limpeza, café da manhã com muitas opções, chef Lucas Figueiredo maravilhoso na gastronomia do restaurante, pratos deliciosos. Só faltou uma mesa de carteado na sala de TV. Super recomendo

As instalações do Hotel são ótimas! Um staff extremamente competente e educado, fui muito bem atendida desde a hora que cheguei até ir embora. O menu do restaurante é ótimo, só acrescentaria mais opções de saladas ou até mesmo ceviche. O café da manhã estava impecável. Super indico e voltarei mais vezes!

Muito aconchegante quartos bem arejado e limpo cheiro muito top dos quartos colchão bom. Os travesseiro e coberto deixa um pouco a desejar porém não desqualifica as qualidades ditas anteriormente. Com certeza eu volto a me hospedar nesse local

Hotel Porto Pacuiba é maravilhoso. Que Lugar sensacional. Minha família amou cada detalhe que o hotel nos ofereceu. O café da manhã foi incrível. O hotel é muito bem cuidado, limpo, uma jardinagem impecável, além de uma piscina muito boa, os quartos são confortáveis. A praia que fica a frente apesar de ter pouca faixa de área é muito calma e conta com um bar super movimentado o que torna a experiência ainda melhor.

Nem consigo descrever uma coisa somente, conforto e higiene acho que são os maiores pontos, mas a educação dos funcionários é algo que chama muito atenção, o café da manhã é sensacional poucas opções mas tudo muito, muito gostoso e fresquinho e destaque para as frutas!

O melhor hotel que já estive em ilha bela!! Simone, Thiago, Moisés todos os outros funcionários parabéns, Sem contar a comodidade de um restaurante a lá carte com um chef extremamente talentoso. Agradeçamos muito pelo carinho e atenção de vcs. A estrutura do hotel a organização e a limpeza realmente é excepcional. Além do charme da praia do Viana, bem em frente o hotel! E ainda tem os drinks na piscina aquecida, com borda infinita de frente pro mar. Vale muito a pena.
