Sempre que vou a Ilhabela fico hospedada no Porto Pacuiba. Além da localização ser ideal, para quem gosta de avistar a bela natureza da Ilha, a pousada é linda, de bom gosto, uma estética bem adequada ao lugar, um serviço muito bom, funcionários sempre solicitos, que trabalham lá há muito tempo e são educados conosco e com a nossa família. Fomos com amigos que adoraram. Meus filhos de 6 e 8 anos já haviam ido e todas as vezes que vamos querem voltar. Obrigada por proporcionar essa experiência eterna na Ilha há tantos anos.

O lugar, além de ter uma localização privilegiada, tem uma estrutura impecável, cada detalhe é minuciosamente pensado. A energia do local é impressionante e relaxante, só vivenciando a experiência para entender o que digo. Foram 4 dias maravilhosos com minha namorada, a praia em frente é pequena e maravilhosa. A piscina com borda infinita do hotel, aquecida, com seu bar molhado e seus ofurôs, o restaurante Portofino, merecidamente premiado, o quarto equipado com hidro grande e vista para a praia e piscina e a cereja do bolo, o staff sempre sorridente e prestativo, percebe-se a alegria que tem fazer parte da família desse hotel. Só tenho a agradecer a todos pelos momentos que passamos juntos.

Melhor serviço! Adoramos a experiência, viagem em família com duas crianças pequenas. Aproveitamos muito as piscinas e os ofurôs e adorei como o staff é atencioso, em especial nos restaurantes e no bar da piscina. Lembravam do que gostávamos etc após um dia apenas.

Excelente atendimento, bons quartos, bonita decoração, jardins bem cuidado, piscina com vista mar, limpeza, café da manhã com muitas opções, chef Lucas Figueiredo maravilhoso na gastronomia do restaurante, pratos deliciosos. Só faltou uma mesa de carteado na sala de TV. Super recomendo

As instalações do Hotel são ótimas! Um staff extremamente competente e educado, fui muito bem atendida desde a hora que cheguei até ir embora. O menu do restaurante é ótimo, só acrescentaria mais opções de saladas ou até mesmo ceviche. O café da manhã estava impecável. Super indico e voltarei mais vezes!

Muito aconchegante quartos bem arejado e limpo cheiro muito top dos quartos colchão bom. Os travesseiro e coberto deixa um pouco a desejar porém não desqualifica as qualidades ditas anteriormente. Com certeza eu volto a me hospedar nesse local
