A minha estadia não foi nada boa. Ficamos no quarto mais caro do hotel. Era meu aniversário. 1o dia ar condicionado quebrado. Detalhe: na suíte do quarto mais caro um ar condicionado Velho todo amarelado de tão velho e quebrado. 2o dia trocaram o ar. 2o e 3o dia faltou água quente no quarto. Disseram que foi problema na bomba de água. Quando chegamos no 1o dia, banheiro que possui banheira de hidro estava com cheiro de mofo. O hotel precisa urgente de reforma. Os funcionários são prestativos. Educados. Gentis. Fizeram de tudo para nos ajudar. Não são os culpados. Mas as instalações do quarto principal do hotel são péssimas. Estão Velha. O café da manhã é bem mediano para o valor da diária. O hotel parece mal cuidado. Ou seja, tivemos uma experiência bem ruim e nada foi feito pelo hotel para ressarcir isso. Outro detalhe. Minha filha de 9 anos dormindo teve uma lagartixa caindo no rosto dela. Ela acordou gritando e não conseguiu dormir mais. Lagartixa no quarto era todo dia. Esse caiu no rosto dela. É preciso que o hotel tenha mais cuidado. Nos sentimos enganados e lesados.

Fiquei na ala antiga, quarto antigo, box pequeno, cama ruim, armário sujo e quebrado não dá pra ser usado. Café da manhã sem grandes opções bem básico, piscina precisa de manutenção, mas é agradável, Bar da piscina atendimento muito ruim, fecha cedo e poucas opções de comida. Hotel não tem um restaurante que funcione normalmente. O que vale o custo benefício da localização. Talvez nos novos quartos a experiência seja melhor.

Em ótima localização, com praia e quiosque em frente e próximo à Vila Histórica, com opções para compras e refeições.
A manutenção deixa a desejar, tem um aspecto antigo, não perceptível nas fotos publicadas por eles.
Academia bem simples (3 esteiras, 1 bicicleta e pesos).
Falta serviço de cozinha (24 horas), o que deixa o hóspede na dependência de entregas.
