Myself and my partner were staying in a standard room with a land view, room 1162. 1. Overall the room was good, it was very clean and a decent size. We were on the first floor though, right above where the hotel received deliveries and where rubbish was being brought in and out (this was very loud). Our room was also right next to the sunset bar which closed at 11pm, this was also very noisy until around 12 until they cleaned up. 2. Food/drink, for an all inclusive holiday we can’t fault this at all. Great choice, food was fresh and well presented. Chefs all very friendly. 3. Looking at other reviews we can see this has been previously mentioned however it is a mostly German staying guest hotel. Whilst this didn’t cause direct issues, there was some language barriers with staff who speak mostly German, and a few rude encounters with some of the other guests. 4. Overall staff were helpful and polite however the waitress in the sunset bar at night was brilliant, went above and beyond and made sure we were always catered to. Overall we had a good holiday, food and drink were the main highlight and made this great value for money.

Great Hotel 5 star. We chose this hotel as it was the same price as Greece maybe a little cheaper. The quality is there, enough food choices every night ,local entertainment with a pool bar restaurant. Food was an excellent standard. Temperature was 28-32 so nice in the evenings. Beach a short walk across landscaped garden. The hotel was Very nicely laid out. Smoking wasn’t allowed inside the Hotel, but everywhere else terrace, pool bar and beach was fine, you could enjoy the aroma of cigars with your lunch. Water sports was all here on the beach jet ski, speed boats, loud beating dance music from the boats so you didn’t really need to take a radio. We tried the parasailing which was part of the Hotel so is very safe, must say was amazing, at only 90 euros, it was just a shame we couldn’t afford the photos which would of cost us another 160 euros for the package on top. All in all we enjoyed this experience, Outside are the shops which are the local tours, clothes, tea, handbags, etc. The Hotel specialty Fish restaurant was 10/10. Well done Miramare staff, and Carley who spoke English and could help us, and the cats that kept us company.

We gaan hier zeker genieten.

Me and my partner just returned from a week at Miramare and we really did enjoy it and wished we had stayed longer. Taxi transfer from airport took around 1 hour and we used ‘Ella Cars’ really reasonably priced and reliable. On arrival we were checked in fast and the staff were happy to answer any questions. As we got there late we were offered some food to be brought to our room or to wait until 12am and go to the late night restaurant. We went to the late night restaurant and this didn’t disappoint, it was a proper table service menu and the food was amazing quality. We had a room looking out over the front of the hotel. The rooms are modern, comfy beds, only 1 English Channel on TV, good shower and mini fridge stocked up daily with no charge. We attended the spa on our second day and received a Turkish massage which cost around 300 euro (2 people). They asked beforehand if we had any health issues and I explained I sometimes get a bad back and sometimes have symptoms of Sciatica, but they said they were professional and knew it wouldn’t do any harm. After my massage I felt really stiff and uncomfortable. The next morning I was walking with a limp and was in a lot of pain. We went back to the spa (I wasn’t frustrated with the staff but just wanted some guidance on how to improve this), they then said I needed a chiropractor appoin**ent which cost 60 euro. After this they said I needed numerous amounts of trea**ents for the rest of my stay which would have cost nearly 400 euro which we declined. Unfortunately I was left with a limp and pain for the rest of the holiday. Food is amazing! We have never had such a variety of options at a Buffet! Italian restaurant was beautiful. You only get to have 1 free A la Cart restaurant on your stay so we did not visit the seafood restaurant. Pool bar and beach bar again food was at a great standard. Cocktail menu is long and anything that’s not on there just show the bar staff your phone (ingredients) and they will make anything you want! All alcohol branded. Entertainment was hit or miss, mostly bands or singers. If you like to go to markets and haggle you’re spoilt for choice there are so many shops near the hotel, including bars too! If you want to go into Side Old Town it’s 13 euro in a taxi ordered from the hotel. As you’ll see on the other reviews it is a struggle to get a sun bed. Unfortunately people do reserve them and not use them for the whole day which is frustrating. Lastly my partner ate at the beach bar on our second to last day (doner kebab) and by the night he was showing signs of food poisoning. He couldn’t keep anything in food or liquids. This sadly ruined our last day as he couldn’t get out of the room and I had to take trips to the pharmacy a couple of streets away as the hotel couldn’t give us anything to help this. We did appreciate the reception staff allowing us to have a late check out for free to support us. We’re now back in England and my partner is still feeling u

I won’t bore you with repeating all other reviews, ie how absolutely fabulous this hotel is. Staff, food, cleanliness etc…… so I’ll give you what I wanted to know prior to arrival… The hotel is about an hour transfer from airport, we paid about £60 return on line before hand. The rooms are beautifully done, modern and immaculate. Loads of fresh towels ever day. There’s really decent products in the bathroom, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, in dispensers, I’m quite fussy about hair stuff but used this and it was lovely, so no need to bring any. We had a garden view room, but had I known there wasn’t a balcony I’d paid more for a room with one, as there’s not really anywhere to dry your beachwear, it’s a Juliet balcony. There’s 2 a la carte restaurants, one fish one Italian, both look amazing menus but your only allowed one per stay, bit mean if your here 2 weeks. Don’t bring beach towels they’re put in your room daily, then you leave them in a bin at pool when done. My reason for only giving 4* is the crazy crazy ignorant people who get up at stupid o’clock to put towels on sun beds, then disappear back to bed, so we’re early risers and at 7:30 am ALL beds round pool were reserved! And….the management, although say it is not permitted to do this….done nothing to stop it! Lots of beds reserved but not occupied till afternoon. It’s pure ignorance. I thought this was 5* not 2* Benidorm, not the hotels fault that guest are greedy and rude, but definitely their place to stop it. So for that reason alone I doubt I’d return….until a bed warden is installed… There’s tonnes of shops literally on the doorstep of hotel, so no need to travel into Side to shop ( which is more expensive but beautiful to see) We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would highly recommend….if you can put up with the sun bed bandits, which I can’t!

We booked a private transfer to the hotel with Windmill which I would highly recommend. All of the food was lovely! We really liked the pool bar. Salads, nachos, burgers pizza etc. My 6 year old loved the food it was really great for adults and kids. Main restaurant was great. We loved the Asian night as the sushi was very good. We were able to get baby food too for our ten month old which was really handy as we did start to run out of our own. It's by the toaster in a little fridge. Drinks are great. Loved the selection of cocktails. You can ask for any alcohol cocktails as non alcoholic if kids fancy one. Strawberry daiquiri was my personal favourite. Rooms were really nice, always very clean. We had issue with our door locking but it was resolved. Pools were lovely but chilly at times. Obviously we went at a cooler time of the year, so we did expect this. Kids still enjoyed it. Slides were good too. No issues getting beds. People did reserve with towels but there was plenty of beds available. There are cats around the grounds but they are no bother at all and if you aren't keen staff do chase them away for you, just let them know. Entertainment was good. I know theirs not as much on until May so there might be more on if you are going later than we did. Couldn't fault the entertainment team. Miramare kids club was great too. If you have younger children you can pop in and use the soft play facility as long as you stay with them which we did. There are PlayStations for older children. They say 12+ but I took my 6 year old and they were fine as long as I stayed. Plenty outside hotel too. Side is lovely and I would recommend a trip to the harbour. We just asked the hotel to call a taxi. This was 8 euro. Day we went home, we were able to keep our all inclusive and use the comfort room to charge phones, get ready etc. Overall had a lovely holiday! Kids thoroughly enjoyed it and my clothes are a bit tight as we did really enjoy all of the food and drinks. Weather wise hottest day was 33 and coldest was 22.
