Service was good and all staff were kind and friendly. The food so fantastic and desserts? Omg! We love it! Evening entertainment was funny and interesting! I recommend this hotel for all people. And guest relations team is the Best. Really had a nice chat About Turkish and Czech food .

The resort's location is ideal, and its amenities, including the pools and beach, are of the highest quality. The accommodations are spacious and well-maintained, and the staff is both courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this resort and would rate it as exceptional.

Arkadaşımızın tavsiyesi üzerine geldik ve iyiki de gelmişiz. Yemekler o kadar güzel ki fazladan birkac kilo ile dönecegim eve 🙂 Çalışanlar daima güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Özellikle akşamki animasyon etkinlikleri görkemli. Gerçek bir 5 yıldız

Kumköy is zeker de moeite waard. Veel winkels in de buurt van het hotel, Side en Manavgat zijn goed te bereiken. Goed plaats om te verblijven. Het is een geweldig hotel, ruime kamer, eten niks om aan te merken werd regelmatig aangevuld, twee grote zwembaden en altijd voldoende bedjes (ook aan het strand), wij hebben niet meegemaakt GEEN handdoeken leggen. Tijdens het verblijf mag je meerdere keren gebruik maken van de verschillende a la carte restaurants, wel op tijd zijn met reserveren. Veel Nederlanders, Belgen, Duitsers en wij zijn geen Russen tegengekomen. Alle medewerkers die in het hotel werken zijn toppers, je wordt als gast behandeld en zo proberen met kleine woorden in het Nederlands te spreken. Het entertainment team krijgt een dikke pluim en de shows zijn prachtig. En het bedienend personeel loopt absoluut niet op fooi. Dit hotel komt bij ons in de top 3”

We’ve been in Sunis Kumköy beach for a week and overall everything was so nice. Wherever we go, staff was so attentive and friendly. Food was delicious with plenty of options. Location is so great that you can find shops easily and next to the beach. We will be here again for sure!

Cok güzel bir hotel. Yemek secenekleri de mükemmel. Tum otel calisanlari cok yardimsever ozellikle misafir iliskileri ekibi cok canayakin. Odalar temiz kokteyler lezzetli . Alan genis ve yapilacak cok sey var. Kesinlikle tekrar gelecegiz seneye.

Very good nice hotel we came here twelve here and gonna come in October. There are lots of alacarte options free of charge. Asian is my personal favourite. Staff is attentive and friendly. Guest Relations very helpful and room cleaning superb. Real 5star ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️
