We were greeted very warmly on arrival and were even informed that there were drinks and something to eat in the restaurant (at 2 a.m.) Breakfast, lunch and dinner were plentiful and there was something for everyone. The room was cleaned every day and our cleaning lady surprised us every day with little works of art made from towels. All of the staff were really super nice. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back here.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, staff! friendly, there were few Russians, there was no discrimination, on the contrary, they love us very much (we give tips, we like to do something nice for people. I got the impression that the negative reviews were ordered, yes, this is not Alva Donna, but still a decent hotel (price- quality. You can't fool people, the hotel is crowded even in the fall! Would you come back? Perhaps yes, we’ve already taken a liking to the hammam opposite the hotel, the shops, and made good purchases (bargain. Hotel 4 plus, I’ve been to Turkey 12 times and always in the top five! I wish everyone a good holiday!

We, two families aged 60+, were completely satisfied. Huge, wide sandy beach, warm sea, large selection of food in the hotel restaurant and in the branch on the beach. Good service, friendly staff. High-quality and professional massage.

The hotel is beautiful, at the reception there is marble and gold, chairs and sofas are “from a palace”, the temperature is always comfortable, it corresponds to the 5* level. Wi-Fi is available everywhere in the hotel, the quality is quite good. Lots of places to sit, relax and have drinks. The staff mostly understands Russian, in any case, you can always explain in your fingers what you need. The elevators are good, there were no problems or queues. One of the elevators has a glass wall and a gorgeous view of the sea. Contingent - the presence of 18+ in the name of the hotel does not mean the same thing as the status of the video 18+)). This means that there are no children under 18 in the hotel, and in fact this is very good, no one yells, screams, or runs underfoot. There are few young people, the main contingent is people 35+ and older, the majority are married couples. The food in the restaurant is excellent, the assor**ent is very large, lamb, liver, chicken, always grilled and stewed fish, a lot of vegetables, French fries, pasta, very tasty pastries, sweet desserts, sauces - in general, anyone can choose dishes to suit their taste. taste, during the 6 days of rest I didn’t even manage to try everything. For those who cannot have sugar, there is a substitute (tablets in individual packaging). Drinks - coffee from the machine of various types, very tasty brewed tea (also available from bags), cola, beer, wine, juices, strong drinks (cognac, whiskey, vodka, gin) - free until 23.00. Cocktails are also free until 23.00 (I read reviews that there are no free cocktails - so here they are). There are no hard drinks on the beach, only beer and cola. The beer is not bad. Beach - there are enough sun loungers and mattresses, however, if you come later, you may not have a place under the awning, only in the sun. There are awnings on the beach, not umbrellas. The sun beds and mattresses themselves are quite old and shabby. Wi-Fi on the beach is not available everywhere. You can also have a full free lunch at the beach bar; the choice is, of course, smaller than in the main restaurant, but quite decent - chicken, fish, vegetables. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is excellent, gently sloping, and the distance to the depth is quite large. The sea was very warm. The beach is clean. The road to the beach is 300 meters, downhill to the sea, after the sea - uphill, it takes a maximum of 5 minutes. There are reviews that the road is terrible, fu-fu-fu, a complete garbage dump - this is not so. An ordinary Turkish street, paved with tiles, yes, no one sprinkled pink petals there, yes, grass grows on the sides, and there really are two garbage cans to the side - but this does not make any very unpleasant impression. But close. By the way, there are reviews that 300 meters is very far. The statement is strange, but for the especially lazy there are two swimming pools, the water in them is cooler than in the sea, and there are two slides. Changing towels is free, there are reviews about paid changing of towels - I don’t understand what people did to pay money for it, and where they changed them. Animation - every evening there are some performances, after 11 pm there is a small nightclub. There are exercise machines and sports grounds. There are many shops around, open almost every day.

I was on holiday with friends at the hotel in September 2023. I returned a few days ago and promised myself to write down my impressions of my vacation here. Before leaving, I read a lot of negative reviews and was very upset. The hotel lacks a high rating and I hasten to correct it))) I’ll say right away that I’ve stayed in different top five hotels and have something to compare with. I'll start in order. The journey from the airport to the hotel took a little over an hour. We arrived around lunchtime and were seated right away, given a quite decent room in the main building. Later, we asked to be moved to a more lively part of the hotel, where animations take place and music plays, in order to experience all the active life of the hotel. The hotel staff always paid attention to our request and there were no hints of tips or any additional payments. The room was cleaned daily. Maybe we were lucky with the incredibly warm and smiling lady who did the cleaning in our wing, but the towels were fresh every day. Shampoos and gels were replenished. Plus there was water in the bar every day. The hotel is not new, but at the same time it is very stylish, bright, with chic areas for rest and relaxation. In bars from 10 to 23 you can order any drinks without restrictions. Champagne was our favorite alcohol, so our recommendation))). The food deserves a special review: there are no frills, but everything is enough and very tasty. There were artichokes, trout, rolls, chicken, and lamb. Fruits every day include melon, watermelon, peaches, plums, pears, apples and fruit mixes. On Turkish night, the tables were full of traditional Turkish dishes, and we saw whole roasted lambs. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, so there was time to unwind after dinner and stroll through the green part of the hotel through the olive gardens. It is in this part, as we understand, that the Anex buildings are located. A fairly quiet area for a relaxing holiday. There are enough sun loungers on the beach. There was never a fight for them. There is a bar on the beach where you can always drink soft drinks and beer. At lunchtime there is something to eat if you don’t want to go to the main restaurant. You definitely won't leave hungry. Meat, French fries, vegetables and fruits. The warm sea is a fairy tale. Fine sand. The entrance to the sea is comfortable. The animation is certainly not rocket science, but the main ringleader Nino tries and entertains active vacationers with various entertainments. The evening program will also not make you bored. Karoke, disco, foam parties, Turkish nights - it’s all there and if you want to have fun, you definitely won’t get bored. By the way, I read in the reviews that the hammam in this hotel is paid. So: the sauna and hammam are free for guests. You only pay for additional benefits: peeling and massage. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire hotel. And sometimes I even caught it on the beach. Of course, with interruptions, but you can survive it))) The hotel is located a five-minute drive to the ancient city of Side. So don’t be lazy and be sure to visit it.
