First, they gave us a room with air conditioning that did not work, a sticky table, and a TV remote that did not work. They forced us to change our room. The rooms were old. The menu was limited. The food was bad, and most of the time the same dishes were served. This is the first time I witnessed a power cut in the hotel. Long waits for the elevator. They made us feel uncomfortable about transferring to the beach, and there were interesting turns of events, such as one of the vehicles was broken and the other was charging. I think the employees were also unhappy and careless. It was literally the worst experience I've ever had in terms of expectations. In a negative sense, it will remain a bad memory that I will never forget. A poor quality hotel and service that is definitely not worth the money we paid!

A beautiful, well-kept all-inclusive hotel for families, couples or for a nice holiday alone. No matter what time of year, the hotel is recommended. Unfortunately, you can't please everyone. We'll be back soon.
