Otel eski ve kasvetli bir otel fakat calisan personel saygılı ve guleryuzlu, karsilayan personelden ,temizlik personeline,restaurantta çalışan personelinden ,animasyon ekibine kadar.Yemekler ağız tadima uymadı, yemekleri sevemedim ,diger gittiğim otellerde asla görmediğim animasyon ekibinin Türk misafirlerine gösterdiği ilgi ve alaka, ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar fakat otel misafir profilinin çoğunlugu 60 yaş üzeri ve Alman ,denize söylenecek sözüm yok kum,sığ birde dalgali olmasa tadindan yenmez .

the food is very boring, they use every day until the next day, grill outside is only chicken. the staff is almost only girls to work here, all girls are guest friendly and service oriented but more is 90 percent of guys are stressed and don't like their job. you don't get good service from them. I will recommend to the management to only hire girls. wifi is bad, you have to log in all the time and finally everywhere Germans smoke, there is nowhere you can sit in peace and quiet without smoking. it is a disaster that the management from the hotel has not thought that everyone is not a smoker. so I will not go here again unfortunately.

Enjoying the full last day at Aydinbey kings palace. The stay was terrific. The staff, literally everyone, is so sweet and helpful. They give you the feeling of coming home and are so social. We had a very good experience at the hamam and spa place. The hamam and massages were great and the are is beautiful designed. Also we had a the blast of receiving or bed made up with beautiful handmade swans and rose petals. Also for dinner they arranged a beautiful table with champagne and very romantic. They really did there best! I would recommend this hotel to everybody. For kids and adults there is enough to do. Is right next to the beach and there is a cute shoppingmall few hundred meters away.

Really enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the staff so friendly and helpful. The swimming pool good size with a variety of slides. Food choice very varied and tasty. For me the Spa was the highlight, Adam one of the managers was incredibly helpful and Eulhan gave the best massage I have ever had. I can not recommend a visit to the spa enough. She was incredible!

Our time in the hotel was absolutely amazing. We had the most incredible experiences through our journey. SPA was wonderful, the crew was well educated. The activities were few because of the season but the team was friendly, especially Deniz was our favorite. The hotel was clean as well, we had the best time with our friends and family. Highly recommended!!

Wir waren über meinen Geburtstag das erste Mal in der Türkei und haben uns für dieses Hotel entschieden. Volltreffer. Vom ersten Moment haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Super privater Check in in der Lobby. Gepäck wird auf das Zimmer gebracht. Zimmerwunsch wurde erfüllt. Zimmer nicht allzu groß aber für 5 Tage durchaus ausreichend. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sensationelle Auswahl an Restaurants und Speise. Hatten Ultra All In Verpflegung und brauchten uns um nichts kümmern. Obwohl wir keine Hotelanimationen mögen, wurden wir bei den Shows blendend unterhalten. Nicht zuletzt durch den sensationellen Animateur mit dem Denisz Shirt. Liebe Grüße an ihn. Große Beruhigung für uns war, dass sich um die in der Anlage befindlichen Katzen toll gekümmert wurde. Auch im Hotel hatten diese Hausrecht. Vielen Dank an das Personal. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt sind die Bars, da die Cocktails niemals Gleich ausfielen. Irgendwie Cocktail Lotterie. Hier wäre es hilfreich, wenn es für alle Cocktails eine Rezeptur gäbe, an die sich alle halten. Fazit: Wir werden auf jeden Fall Wiederholungstäter.

Çalışanlar ilgili ve sıcak kanlı. Hep güler yüzlüler. Yemekler 10 numara. içecek güzel. Hep kaliteli markalar . yemek salonunda , barlarda çalışanlar ***et ilgili ve hızlı. Hiç yerinizden kaldırmıyorlar. Odalar çok düzenli ve temiz. Olması gereken her şey çok güzeldi. Ön büro müdürüne eleştirecek bişey bırakmamışşınız diye eleştiride bulunduk artık
