OYO 921 Sorrento Hotel and Resort

We are a family of four (my two kids, my wife and I) traveling from Bulacan to Ilocos Norte. Since night time met us on the road and driving at night for me with my family is a bit risky, we decided to look for accommodation on the road of Ilocos Sur and we found this property. A bit dark outside and that time the hotel was really empty. We’d gotten the room facing the beach for just 1000 pesos per night without any inclusions. The room was in good shape, no television, no hot water, no Wi-Fi; the bed is a regular bed and no complaints as the price is right for it; we rested anyway except my wife who was uncomfortable with the property. The hotel has no restaurant so we needed to drive out 2km to get a takeaway foods from a nearby fast food chain. The front desk officer on duty when we checked in was so helpful and accommodating so thumbs up to him ( forgot his name). It is a beautiful property and a little bit of furnish will make it a popular destination in their area. It has a direct sea view and abundant car park space, which will make it a great and convenient accommodation in the future, definitely.

The review from a person who recently stayed at the hotel. I am surprised web sites such as ‘Booking . com’ , allow them to advertise on their web site !! I find it truly Disgraceful. This hotel was quite horrible and truly inferior to any other hotel. My son and his partner departed from the hotel BEFORE their first Night’s stay at the Hotel, the reason why, is that they found a BED BUG in the room in close proximity to their bed, he reported this to the staff but they were NOT interested and did nothing. The Hotel did not offer a REFUND to him , for this shocking incident. I warn you NEVER stay at this deserted, *******, Bug Ridden Hotel.

We searched for cagwait it brought thus hotel up they said it was 25minutes north if cagwait and 9 minutes south of tandag we drove for hours nobody knew where it was ut turns out it was a 2day travel away we had a sick son in the car we had to take to hospital and then book another hotel. Still have mot heard anything back on a refund
