somewhat old and neglect of repair Excellent location in the town centre

We are locals of Iloilo and always on staycation in several hotels in the city. This is the first time we stayed in citadines  mngt in the city which formerly amigo terrace hotel.  We booked 2 rooms for week end stay. Room is nice, comfortable. Location is great. Staffs are warm and friendly.  Breakfast is rubbish ! Boom panis! Yes , the fried rice is spoiled not just normal spoil but it’s webbed liquid. For sure it’s over a day or stored completely out of temperature. To align with similar 4 stars in the city in terms of food, this hotel is behind. Limited selection charging of 400 pesos for breakfast, agree that this is cheap also compare to other hotels.  The whole family didn’t enjoyed the breakfast, we ate but with the doubt of unsafe food.

The hotel is located at city central, walking distance to the SM mall and Filipino- Chinese friendship Arch. Room is cozy and clean, can’t wait to go back there again.

The hotel is in prime heart of the city it is accessible to all areas! Clean and nice it is my beat choice hotel

Enjoyed my stay hereee! I just hope the shower has stronger pressure next time, haha! But nevertheless This definitely will be my go to hotel when I come back to ilo-ilo.

Staffs are attentive to our request/queries and very accomodating. Room are quite big and clean. We will visit Iloilo again and stay in Citadines for sure.

Best location in the city, with walkable attractions, and situated in the city center. The room and facilities are well-maintained, with exceptional service from food servers, waiters, and receptionists who are very accommodating and speak good English.

First time at Citadines Iloilo. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the location is top-tier — right in the heart of downtown Iloilo. The resto-bar on the second floor is great, and the staff there showed the kind of warm Ilonggo hospitality we’re all proud of. I commend the step to help the environment. Their is a refiling jar of water inside the room, DBest! But since this was my first stay, there were a few things I really noticed: 1. I booked specifically requesting a single bed. I was given a room with two beds instead. 2. I also requested a quiet room, yet I was placed on the same floor as the swimming pool — and that night there was a big party going on until 9 PM. 3. I didn’t expect a fancy view since I booked a lower-priced room, but natural light is a basic comfort. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even open my curtains because people outside, from the pool, could directly see into my room. 4. And the worst part: while I was resting, another guest opened my room with their key card. Absolutely not okay. I understand the hotel was fully booked, but that shouldn’t be used as an excuse. Front desk staff should still be trained to handle guest requests properly and ensure room safety — especially safety. Should a guest really have to pray the hotel isn’t full just to avoid these issues? Despite everything, I’m willing to give them another try. I know they can do better — and I hope the next stay reflects the level of service Citadines is known for.
