Good self-contained property. There was only a tiny saucepan (in a house that caters for up to 6 people) when we checked in. We contacted the agent, and while it took a bit of negotiation, they organised someone to deliver a bigger saucepan the next day - so top marks for their responsiveness. Imari (and the nearby Okawachiyama Village) is charming, and we used it as a base to explore Hirado.

Beautiful house and space for a Japanese place to stay.

It was clean because it was a newly built accommodation.
It was convenient because parking was available right in front of the accommodation.
It was a little inconvenient because the front door password wasn't sent to me by email, but I was able to communicate by inquiring over the phone.

After arriving, the electronic door lock could not be opened. I contacted customer service and still received no news after 3 hours of processing. It was almost 10 o'clock when I received the reply. I had already found another accommodation. Otherwise, it would be terrible if no one would care about me and there would be no room.

It was a beautiful house and I felt very comfortable!
However, the batteries in the remote control and temperature sensor were dead, and the air conditioner and washing machine needed cleaning.
But overall I was very satisfied.
